I don't like writing a bad review but I haven't been treated horribly in a while. I was coming here for a while. I am now finding a new dentist. The dentist herself is amazing that's why I'm giving two stars. It's the front desk I have a problem with. I missed an appointment and that is my fault I was going out of town at that time. I forgot to give them a call totally on me. People make mistakes, when I showed up for my other appointment they cancelled it because I missed the last one. That's fine my fault. My issue was the front desk girl was talking to me as if I was a child. She kept repeating don't miss your appointment and give us a call. Again totally understandable why she told me that but it sounded as I was being scolded. Mind you I'm 26. I get it I messed up. I then showed up to my appointment the next week that's when I knew she was being rude. She said in a kind of condescending tone "thank you so much for actually showing up". I had an appointment this Thursday the 15th but I don't have insurance at the moment and it's an important thing I need done. I said cancel my appointment, one because I don't want to go back for the same attitude and two I don't have the money as of now (car maintenance). So they texted me "FYI" you need this done or.... I don't know if they don't know how to talk to people but your in customer service please be kinder. Mind you they found out my insurance was going to stop and they kept asking me well how are you going to pay. As if I can't or haven't paid for my stuff. It was just four days of the same rude attitude that I just couldn't fake the smile anymore. It just sucks that the dentist is awesome but the front desk is not. Just bummed.

Dr. Lu is very professional, patient and had a gentle tough. All the team members are very friendly and attentive. Their front desk Yvonne is always informative and caring. Highly recommend this office.

The doctor was incredibly nice and patient with me. Very kind and went over protective measures with me for my teeth. Great visit

Staff was confused - not Professional - I was told one thing and then another by another Staff Member about Insurances etc. Long wait time - Dentist OK - Not going back - I don't trust them Looking for another Dental office Be ware

The team at Pearl dentistry is very professional and provides a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely one of the best dentist office I've been to. I especially appreciated how seriously they took and managed covid. Their protocols were very impressive and shows that they care about the health and welfare of their patients.

I have been coming to PEARL DENTISTRY for years . And Every visit is always pleasant and welcoming. All the Staff remembers my face , now even. From the Dentint to Connie the dental hygenist!!! All very friendly , non- judging and helpful with your dental needs!!!

This staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. Lou is just awesome, she is very friendly and patient, she has a good crew of people working for her. If there is one complaint with this place, it's that word is getting around this place is good and it's getting harder and harder to get an appointment. I guess it's a great problem to have!

I love this place the staff is very nice, friendly, and professional they make you feel very comfortable and relaxed I enjoy going to the dentist now but this dentist office I never thought I would say that

My daughter was seen in office, from making the appointment to taking her to the scheduled appointment we have had great service. Staff is very welcoming and makes patients feel very comfortable with all staff. Glad we were able to find this office.

Wonderful service and staff. I had a broken tooth and I was able to get an appointment the same day. I had a lot of work that need to be done and Dr. Lu did a wonderful job. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I came here on August 9th because I needed a new dentist and they had amazing reviews. My appointment was at 2 pm but I got there about 15 minutes early just in case I had extra paperwork to fill out. No one was at the front desk, it looked like staff was helping clients in the back. Few minutes pass and a woman with her daughter arrive and it looked like she was just trying to get helped before me. Then another guy shows and stands at the desk so that he's helped first, it's already passed 2 pm. He gets checked in first, then I had to make it known I was there first and got checked in, then the lady with her daughter were checked in. Well the guy is called to the back first then the lady with her daughter. Not once was I called up to be let known that it was taking a bit longer or anything. After 40 minutes of waiting past my appointment time, the receptionist tells me that it'll be a few minutes. I'm finally called to the back, it took at 20-30 minutes to get photos taken of my teeth then the Dr came in. Yes she was great and thorough and had a plan for me but I had to get it approved by my insurance first. The receptionist told me it would take maybe 2 weeks to hear back from my insurance, I called multiple times after the 2 week mark and didn't hear back until 8/31 via text and not a phone call that they were still waiting. On 9/2 I get another text letting me know I was denied, okay that's fine, I was told I could be given payment options. I call and ask for payment options but the receptionist tells me she has a client in front of her and that she will email/text me payment options. It's almost November and I haven't heard ANYTHING in regards to payment options. The service is a joke. Yes the Dr is great but she should pay attention how her staff handles clients when she's done with them. Or it's like if you're new or haven't been with them long they just throw you to the side.

We had been going to another family dentist for years & I finally ventured out, as I was no longer happy. My children are usually very nervous going to the dentist, but this time around my daughter felt very comfortable. Dr. Lu & her assistant including the front office staff, were all very welcoming from the minute we walked into the front door. I ended up booking the hole family with Dr. Lu. If you are looking for a family dentist look no further.

The service here is very instructional and professional. Due to 2 pregnancies and covid, my teeth was out of shape and full of problems that needs immediate care. From doctor to hygienist to planner, I couldn't ask for a better team to take care my oral crisis. Highly recommended.
