Dr. Ravneet Dhillon has been in practice since 2016, after graduating with his DDS from New York University with honors in Clinical Pharmacology that same year. Before moving to the U.S., Dr. Dhillon practiced in India for 2 years as an Associate Dentist after graduating from one of the top dental schools in India with a Bachelors in Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2011.
He is a firm believer that doctors are expected, if not required, to use the most current, evidence-based information & practices. He takes the time to complete continuing education courses so he can stay at the forefront of modern dentistry. He applies the latest research & advances in dentistry to provide the best dental care to patients.
He is a good listener who takes time to explain different treatment options so patients fully understand. He takes pride in bringing smiles back to his patients. With his experience, skills & passion for dentistry, Dr. Dhillon can provide the best dental care to his patients.
Dr. Singh earned his DDS degree with honors in Esthetics from the prestigious New York University & has been passionately practicing dentistry since 2009. Dr. Singh was awarded fellowship from the American Academy of General Dentistry, an honor held by only 6% of dentists. He believes in comprehensive treatment diagnosis & skills to execute the services needed with a very high level of predictive success. He is committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry by participating in regular educational courses & workshops. His current interest is in treating patients needing full-mouth reconstruction of natural teeth &/or missing teeth with implants.
Dr. Singh is a strong believer in technology, & all his offices have state-of-the-art equipment. He is an active speaker & holds weekly conferences with open communication amongst all his team members.
Dr. Harleen Kaur is a general, restorative & cosmetic dentist who has been practicing dentistry since 2009. After receiving her Doctoral of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the prestigious New York University, she moved to California to establish her career. She devotes many days each year to continuing her education through seminars, study clubs & conferences in order to keep herself up to date on the latest changes & techniques in dentistry. She believes in giving & has been able to raise public awareness to deliver significant results that have left a lasting impact. Her refreshing personality helps put you at ease & feel comfortable during your dental visit. Dr. Kaur enjoys singing, reading, playing tennis & traveling with her husband & their son, Gurshan.

Avoid at all cost. They scheduled me Saturday and no one was there! No call, no email, nothing!! I see it's happened more than once thanks to the reviews. So why is this business even open?

Husband has been going here he was recommended by his aunt. Husband finally got me to go today and they are awesome. What a difference in their customer service, professionalism and care vs western dental. I definitely recommend this place. Update 7/19/22 just took my son here for the first time and he absolutely loved the staff, orthotists and experience.

I have been going to Pearl for several months here at the Salinas Ca office. I had a lot of dental work to get done. Dr. Crystal and Dr. Dhillon have been great. From the front office staff to the dental assistants, all have been pleasant and professional and a pleasure to work with. They are all a great group.

I am very happy we found this office. The front staff is very professional, they are amazing!! They made me and my wife feel comfortable. Sandra explained everything in Spanish and English for my wife and I to understand since my wife only speaks Spanish. I recommend this office, and if I could I would give them 10 stars! I am posting for my mom, due to the fact that she doesn't speak English. My mom is not a patient at your office but she was telling me last night she walked in to inquire about an appointment, unfortunately my mom has medical and they don't accept it, well my mom has had terrible experiences at dental offices or gets bad customer service when she says she has medical and my mom was telling me a a young lady named Sandra was the most kindest and patient person ever and gave her different options on how to become a patient at your office, unfortunately due to finances my mother can't book at this time. But I do want to give Sandra a big thank you for taking your time with my mother and guiding her in right direction.

Nice place with nice people, but they wanted me to give them over thousands of dollars for work that doesn't even need to be done. I am glad I went back to my original dentist for a second opinion. I'd rather pay out of pocket for a truthful dentist then try to be upsold for work that isn't needed.

I had a great dental experience with everyone at Pearl Dentistry. I made an appointment and gave my insurance information. The front desk crew promptly called me back and informed me there was an issue with my insurance. I let them know I still wanted to attend my appointment. They helped me set up an in office discount plan and it is awesome what you get for the price, if you don't have insurance. The ladies that helped me where kind and personable. I have had a hard time with my teeth my whole life. No matter how much I take care of my teeth I get cavities. This last year I have had major sensitivity. I thought I would have to get dental implants because of the amount of work I've done and the lack of tooth that is left. Dr. Dhillon was so informative and let me know I have a lot of healthy tooth beyond the fillings on the top and that I don't need dentures, she talked me through my options and truly put me at ease about my teeth. The front desk crew was straight forward and went over the amount the work would cost and what was suggest first, if I decided to get the dental work done. Also they have a in office finance plan. There was no pressure to set up an appt for the work right away. I've been to a lot of dentist and the was honestly my best experience.
