Our uptown dentists start by scraping off the buildup of plaque and tartar that collects above and below the gum line before flossing between and around every tooth to remove any plaque or food particles that are clinging on.
We will also give your teeth a smooth and shiny finish using a tooth polisher with a spinning head and slightly abrasive paste. Been coming here for the past 3 years and really like how they operate and serve customers. Special kudos to Dr Amanda Curlin - I had this repeated issue w this one crown, and she's fixed it up really well! Also really appreciate how authentic and warm she was - took her time to explain the matter and made sure all my questions were answered. The practitioners, dental hygienists and staff are all really welcoming and make the experience (otherwise not so pleasant) as good as possible

Kayla & Dr. Amanda were amazing for my 3 fillings this morning! Honestly one of the best dentist appointments I've ever had & my dad (rip) was my first dentist, so when I say that it means a whole lot & is truly from my heart. They were such a good team, they were like a montage scene out of a movie the way they worked together so effortlessly & kindly. They checked in on me & overall we're just so explanatory & gentle. I was very nervous for this appointment (not because of Pearl, it just makes me sad to go to the dentist sometimes because of the memories) but Pearl and especially Kayla, Dr. Amanda, & Hailey at the front desk are always so wonderful that I leave wondering why I wasted energy stressing. This barely scratches the surface of the incredible team energy of this business, the elevated interior with chandeliers & TVs in patient rooms... the design & atmosphere is an entirely different element that makes Pearl so special.

I needed a new crown recently and I chose to have it done at Pearl Dentistry even though my doctor had left. Dr. Sal is quite a new doctor at Pearl Dentistry and it was my first important dental treatment he performed for me, after he had done a thorough examination of my teeth about 2 months ago. It was a good experience with my new doctor, I am happy I chose to stay with Pearl Dentistry. The staff, including the technician, continues to be professional and friendly. I want to mention Stephanie in particular who works at the front desk: she is always patient and helpful answering my questions and all my needs. Many thanks to dr. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while because of the pandemic but it was one of the easiest cleanings I can remember. They even had a TV to watch Netflix while they worked. Maranda was my hygienist and she was great! Definitely going back here for my next cleaning
