For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Arefian completed her undergraduate studies at Rutger University. She then became a Dental Hygienist and worked for two years prior to earning her Doctrate of Dental Medicine at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She attended a one year residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. She has been serving the NJ/NY Metropolitanarea since 1999. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, NJ Dental Association and Bergen County Dental Association. Dr. Arefian continually updates her clinical skills and knowledge with numeroushours of continuing education including Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Arefian passionately cares for her patients and strives to educate and help them achieve optimal oral health. For leisure she takes the time to enjoy long walks in nature, swim, and spend time with her family and friends. On her free time she likes watching Dancing with the Stars, Desperate Housewives and Game of Thrones.
Dr. Joseph Aronoff graduated from New York University in 2001. He received his certification as a Periodontist in 2005. Dr. Aronoff specializes in Implant Placement, Gingivectomy, Osseous Surgery, Bone Graft and Crown Lengthening. He receives positive feedback for providing the highest level of dental care from evey patient he treats.
Dr. Bauer recevied his doctorate degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He then completed his certification in endodontics at New York University. Dr. Bauer specilized in root canal therapy, retreatment of root canals and apcioectomies.

The only place I've been to where the dentist cleans my teeth. She is far better than any other dentist I've had. She is very approachable, trustworthy, and is constantly making sure I'm not in pain. The routine cleaning was painless. Like actually painless. The tools they use are the latest tech. There was a 3D X-ray thing that made me think I was in an Ironman suit or something.

I have had my Emblem by GHI VIP insurance for the past 9 years and I have never pay a penny for a routine clean up. I came to this place because is a convenient location but it cost me 46.00 dollars out of pocket cost. Thank God it was just me and not my whole family going in there. Do not trust this pick pocket place, they will perform the job and then hit you with out of pocket cost on a separate bill sent to your home.

I chose this office because they've been excellent with my daughter since her first appointment 9 years ago. Today was my and my sons first visit as patients and it was amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and thoughtfully. My first pleasant dental visit since childhood. We found our home.

I've been to many different dentists. Dr. Arefian is my favorite. She is very nice, gentle, and makes me feel extremely comfortable. My spouse goes there, as have my children since they first had teeth. They are now teenagers and don't mind hearing they have a dentist appointment. I highly recommend Pearl Dental.

Dr Arefian is a good doctor. Everyone in the office is also super nice and they are open Saturdays which is good for my schedule. The Dr also listens to me and explains why is doing whatever she does.

Doctor Arefian does excellent job not just with general dentistry but in all aspects of her office. She is very sweet, polite and professional. She takes her time getting to know your teeth and explain exactly what's going on and the remedy for it. Unlike other dentist at Indian Rock. We are happy that we switched at Pearl River. DR.Attieh, her dental assistant, RETCHIE and the " lovely and talented " Receptionist, TONI , have been a pleasure each and every time Ive come to the office . They have taken care of my dental and oral health needs with professionalism. I have been with this wonderful group of ladies since November 2021. I can't thank them enough. Dr; Arefian did 2 dentures for me. Upper N lower. She had to do 1 adjustment only .Perfect fitting , timing and attitude. No ups no downs. Thank you Dr Arefian. I have a peace of mind, big smile and chewing well .

Overcharges patients and is untrustworthy. This office is seriously money hungry and will charge you beyond the contracted rate they have with your insurance network. A lot of red flags with this practice. Don't recommend if you need anything more than a cleaning.
