Dr. Mehdi Jafarinejad achieved his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) diploma with honors from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He then continued his dental education in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Togus Hospital in Maine focusing on Dental Implant, Oral surgery, Root Canal Therapy, and advanced restorative cases.
Dr. Mehdi's unique education and skills in general dentistry including cosmetic dentistry and also performing complicated cases of root canal therapy and placing and restoring dental implants not only has benefited his own patients, but also has helped many other dentist colleagues who were in need of his expertise for the past 10 years.
Dr. Sanaz Seifi received her bachelor degree in Biology from the University of Washington in Washington State. Dr. Seifi achieved her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) diploma from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2008.
Dr. Seifi continued her dental education by attending Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency (AEGD) at Togus V.A Hospital, focusing in oral surgery procedures, dental implant placement and restoration, root canal therapy, fixed and removable dental prosthetic.

I have not visited a dentist in a very long time due to bad experiences but I have to say that I had no paint during or after the Root Canal. The staff was great and the dentist was very informative. Thank you for the experience.

I have been coming here for years and don't trust anyone elese with my dental care. Pain managment and making me comfortable is always a priority. The staff is also very professional and attentive. Pearl Dentistry provides thee best dental care I have ever had.

Receptionist was very helpful. She helped me understand the hole insurance process. I'm not familiar with that kind of stuff so it really helped. Dr. Mehdi is a stand up guy. Good sense of humor, was willing to answer questions. He made the root canal#20 painless. First DMD to ever shake my hand. Good man. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks DMD Mehdi and staff.

Staff is very friendly yet the doctor himself is very dishonest and recommends procedures that will insure you keep coming back for further work resulting in more and work being needed. In short he doesn't recommend the best treatment for the patient but the best treatment to keep the patient coming back.

I appreciate the knowledge and techniques used at Pearl Dentistry. The office is very clean and the dental equipment is highly updated. Everyone I talked with was kind and thorough. I am happy to call them my new "dental home".

They try to take advantage of people with mental disabilities. & Will take you're money. They are money greedy establishment don't even try to contact me I've already filed for improper billing with my insurance.

I am new to Fresno and needed an urgent tooth workup. After looking into my options based on my insurance, I found Dr. Seifi. Her office team was very respectful. They could provide me with the schedule based on my minimal availability. They were very friendly. Dr. Seifi was very comfortable and thorough with her evaluations. She explained my issue very clearly and addressed my questions and concerns. I can easily say she was one of the best dentists I ever had. She was very compassionate, respectful, joyful, and at the same time, expert in her work. She did not seem to rush while working on my teeth, unlike some other dentists I had worked with before. Her tools seemed exceptionally equipped and updated, especially the x-ray devices she had. If you are looking for an excellent dental office and professional and expert dentist, check Pearl Dentist, Dr. Seifi. Thank you, Dr. Seifi. You did a fantastic job!

I am very disappointed dr mehdi was very rude and hurt me so bad and the worst thing is that I think he did it on purpose and when I" dare "to complained he got mad and refused to do the rut canal and I had to go home with the anesthetic working and not able to eat until now. Is sad to have people like him who takes advantage of their practice to hurting you just because he can.

This is one of the friendliest dentists I've ever been to. Not only is the staff caring and knowledgeable, but the dentists are patient and kind. I'm absolutely terrified of dental work, especially anything requiring shots. Dr Mehdi Jafarinejad took his time and gave me lots of breaks when I needed a crown for a cracked tooth. Along with this, the receptionist, Yani, explains everything and just makes things work for you. Overall, they make a fabulous experience out of something that is usually unpleasant for me.

Simply the WORST PLACE EVER .!!! Stay away from here , very unprofessional staff don't know what's going on , making appointment and changing them without notice, very dirty overall bad experience . Wish I would have looked up the reviews before coming here , didn't know anything I was referred so big mistake not looking it up !!! Stay away please....
