I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted here. The process was extremely simple and painless. I'd highly recommend this dentistry.

My favorite dentist is Spencer Lloyd at Pearl Dentistry 4012 Brian St., Caldwell, Idaho. His office is amazing with the finest equipment. The staff is very kind and courteous. They help me feel calm. I highly recommend everyone in this office. You won't be disappointed. I had an excellent teeth cleaning experience. I am so thankful for the thoroughness.

Dr. Lloyd is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Jenn is by far the best hygienist I've ever had! If you're looking for a hygienist she's the one!! The office staff are equally as wonderful and competent.

Great experience! Dr. Lloyd and the worlds greatest dental assistant want what is best for the patient. We went over what I wanted for me teeth and made a plan to achieve our goals. I have got multiple cleanings from their great hygienist too. She is amazing and does very detailed her work. I'm glad this team at Pearl is working on my teeth and my smile. The staff is so amazing and kind.

My significant other K was referred to Dr. Lloyd when our regular dentist determined K's dental problems required advanced solutions. K has since been seeing Dr. Lloyd for several months now, having multiple dental needs addressed including bridgework, extractions, bone graft and implants. Everything is being done step by step in careful and well thought out stages. Dr. Lloyd has proven to be a true professional, not only in his knowledge and practice of complex dental care, but also in his integrity and ethics which are evident in all he does. We have come to trust Dr. Lloyd as you would a longtime family doctor. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would, don't have their .... together at all. All I wanted was my dental work done before IVF in December so I started asking for apt back in September but couldn't ever tell me how much it would cost as said they were waiting to hear back from insurance company. Every time I called it was the same answer finally in October told them it was very urgent this get done before December but still got the same answer they would call me back NEVER DID. And they make you pay up front for all services before they are rendered and despite paying up front they now 10 months later send you a HUGE bill saying they charged you the wrong amount and now want hundreds of dollars more. Now I am six months pregnant and I still need a crown done but thankfully, it wasn't done there or this bill which showed up out of no where from two fillings and a cleaning from last July would be thousands. On top of what they charged me before they did that dental work. Seen alot of horrible dentists in this valley over the years but this is a whole NEW LOW and horrible customer service doesn't begin to describe this fiasco.

All my kids' needed a tooth extraction and in-stead of fixing the problem, all they did were x rays and charged $350! Waste of time and money, my husband was not happy.

Like most of us, while I don't enjoy going to the dentist, I have to say that I like all the staff & Dr. Spencer at Pearl Dentistry. They are professional, polite & efficient with their craft. They review your X-rays & provide options which gives us, the patient, some control in the decision making process. Painless, proficient care~ what more could you want.

Dr Lloyd is amazing! He explains everything and checks frequently to make sure you're comfortable. He has NEVER hit a nerve when injecting novacaine, something I can't say about any of the other dentists I've had....and I've had many over the last 20 years.

This office has such a great, friendly atmosphere. Front office staff are knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Lloyd and his staff discuss fully the work you need and find the options best for you and your pocket book. They keep you apprised of the work as they go and explain the procedures to help you be as comfortable as possible. Over the years I have also had to use his emergency line for a problem. Although he was out of town, Dr. Lloyd quickly made arrangements with a fellow dentist to see me, and a member of his staff personally took my records there so that he could do the work that I needed. And I should add that that dentist made comment of the beautiful crown work Dr. Lloyd had done. All in all don't hesitate to give Pearl Dentistry, Dr Lloyd and his staff the opportunity to provide your dental needs
