Excellent care. Friendly and efficient staff. Hardly any wait time. Staff always making sure you're comfortable during exams and treatments. Dr. Chu is wonderful!! Highly recommend!!!

I have always had a fear about going to the dentist. I took a long break from going to the dentist and because of that I have had to deal with quite a lot of problems with my teeth. I was researching dentists near Butler and stumbled upon Pearl and it's one of the best choices I may when I chose to become a patient here. Dr. Chu has done quite a bit of work and still has more to do and she is always thorough and explains everything to me in great detail. I'm glad a finally found a Dentist that truly cares about their patients and takes the time to make sure they are happy and taken care of. Thank you Dr. Chu and thank you Pearl Dentistry for taking the time to take care of your patients needs. See you soon.

I have been going here for the past 3 years. Robin at the front desks takes great care of keeping me straight, always pleasant! Jamie is the best at keeping my teeth looking their best and keeping them clean. I have had both dentists work on me and i was so pleased with my fillings and my crown. Bonus i never have to wait long! Smile! it looks good on you!

Forgot to write anything so you may see me twice. So promise you not a bot. Great staff, with a great dentist. Welcoming not your classic feel of an intimidating experience it's always great and easy you just know your in good hands. The entire staff is easy going yet professional and everything is clean well kepr, organization and presentability are great. I've never had a single issue having my dentistry done here. From check ups to fillings I have always been taken very good care of. If your looking for a dentist this is a great choice 5 out of 5.

Had a great experience. First time at Pearl Denistry. Office personnel were very friendly. Hygienist was very thorough and had a wonderful personality. The dentist was a very nice person and I felt very much at ease. If you are looking for a great dentist office try this one you won't be disappointed!

I was in terrible pain yesterday with a very bad cavity in my bottom kanine...called 3 dentist offices that advertised as emergency dentists...pearl was the only one that would see me same day. As a matter of fact I was sitting in the chair less than 2 hrs after I called them...very friendly staff on the front end.. I was really impressed with Kobe who is the assistant. Just got done eating lunch at work and didn't have a chance to brush my teeth before I got there and did not feel judged at all by him which is very big in my book. He knew what he was doing, was pleasant to talk to and was very honest and informative. Definitely the best dental assistant I've ever had. It was evident he takes great pride in the work he does. The dentist was very good as well. I was in so much pain I told her to just pull the tooth. I'm glad she talked me out of that being the kanine has such a deep root and could be very important in the future. She said if it was someone in her family in my situation she would only do the root canal for them. I believed her and went with her suggestion to save the tooth. The only thing I would suggest to her is in the end she said I still had a bad infection so I still might experience some pain when the novicain wears off. She said it was a pain that ib profrin would take care of. She wrote me a script for amoxicillin for the infection. The pain I experienced later that night was INCREDIBLE. I'm well aware every person's pain tolerance will vary person to person. But that pain I experienced DEFINITELY wasn't being remotely touched by anything over the counter. I realize opiods are very dangerous and highly addictive but I would suggest her to not be afraid to write for a pain killer to get root canal patients through the first day or two of agonizing pain. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone in my family and am very grateful for their sevice. Thank all of you at Pearl

Pearl Dentistry is great. I love Dr. Chu, she is gentle and caring. I had to have two fillings done after my recent cleaning and she checked in with me numerous times making sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend Pearl Dentistry
