Both doctors have an excellent chair-side manner and take a friendly, caring and compassionate approach with all their patients. They understand that many people are afraid to come to the dentist. Spending time with their patients to address their fears/concerns to make them feel at ease is one of the Doctors' top priorities. Dr. Mertensotto and Dr. Porwoll are also very thorough in the way they examines and educate their patients about the importance of their oral health and dental needs. They are strong advocates of preventative treatment. Personally, Dr. M enjoys spending time with family and friends or playing a round of golf, reading or traveling.Dr. Porwoll enjoys spending time with her family and friends or playing a round of golf, running, reading and watching sporting events.

My whole family goes to Pearl Dental and couldn't be happier with them. They are all friendly and help you feel at ease. Dr. Chris always explains as he's working, what he is doing, which really helps with my anxiety. He's always upfront about your options and is always encouraging and positive. My whole family loves him. All the staff at Pearl Dental are amazing. Thank you!!

Pearl Dental was amazing. They were informative, friendly, explained things to me so that I could easily understand what was going on in my mouth. I had some severe pain from one particular tooth, and they were able to extract it same day - right during my consult visit!! Can't speak highly enough! If you need dental work, go to Pearl Dental, Sauk Rapids!!

They are just so nice and the dentist makes sure your comfortable so you don't feel any pain it really made my anxiety go down and made me feel more comfortable and relaxed love coming here

I'm sad that we didn't floss under my bridge because it is easier for you than me and then I know its really clean under it. If you're under staffed for the day I would prefer next time we reschedule instead of getting the fast job

All I can say is WOW! All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating! They narrate everything they do to ensure the patient is completely at ease and informed. The facility is clean and comfortable.

I called 3 times with in 3 weeks and they would not respond on my dental needs. I called again to get my dental records sent to another dentist and they blew me off again, I asked will someone call me back today about getting my consent and they said yes someone will, never received a call. I called again and this time they sent my records and told me a verbal consent was fine but never asked my why I'm I no longer want to be a client. I used to like this place years ago that's why I came back but not a fan anymore.

Brandy does a great job with my deep cleaning needs. I am usually very anxious visiting the Dentist office but Brandy keeps me calm and relaxed.
