The staff is great. I only have one issue. Why do they sterile all the equipment and then have the dental person open everything up and lay out on table with no gloves. Every time I go in I see the same thing. Last time the person put the water sprayer on the gun, no gloves and had her hand on the end part that goes in your mouth. WEAR GLOVES ALWAYS

I went through crown implant recently. It went great. No pain at all. Thanks to the entire staff. They are very professional. The office is very clean and organized.

Would give less then one star if I could literally don't care if your in pain or not was in a lot of pain and instead of coming up with a plan all they wanted is more money and to make multiple appts for X-rays

They book too many appointments for the same time slot. I've literally waited 2 hr past my appointment time to see the dentist. There is an older female dentist that I advise to avoid if you don't like pain. Gave my pre root canal numbing injection and didn't wait 3 min before trying to drill on my tooth. Insane.

Excellent dentist, excellent staff , highly recommend them. I was referred here by my neighbor, almost everyone I know goes here and for good reason. The dentist has over 30 years of experience and it shows. I just got my implants done and I love my new teeth. My wife and the rest of the family have started to come here as well. My kids travel from Atwater, just to go here. If you want an honest dentist with gentle hands, go here. These people are amazing.

I am very happy with the care I receive here. I got my veneers done here at a very reasonable price and my smile looks great. My whole face has changed and everyone gives me compliments, it looks better than I imagined. The doctor here is very kind and extremely skilled. Normally I am afraid of the dentist but I feel at ease and very comfortable around her.

This place is AMAZING !!! I highly recommend them, everyone is nice and caring and they go above and beyond to help you. I got really good dental insurance last year and was looking for a dentist. My mom recommended me to Dr J. I was really afraid because I had not been to the dentist in a long time. Dr J is honest, understanding and very experienced. I needed a lot of work done and they put me at ease at every appointment, and the treatment was painless. I had to one tooth pulled and Dr J took it out even me knowing. I can finally smile now after I got veneers. I am in love with my new teeth. Thank you to the amazing people are Pearl who were so patient and understanding.

I recently was referred here by my dentist to have a tooth extracted. It took 3 visits to complete this. Two for x-rays, which they could have used the ones from my dentist 5 days earlier. The 2nd appt was for a panoramic xray, that they could have done on my first visit but said it has to be a separate appt. They are milking the insurance. Then the third for the actual extraction. Boy if bedside manner was rated I would give it a -25. The dentist is hard to understand, has no compassion and was rude. I went in already scared and she did nothing but tell me to stop moving, don't touch it, stop, calm down etc. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I'm used to having a very kind dentist who cares but unfortunatley he retired. I wouldn't suggest going here if you can help it.

Not a good place did a root canal never got a crown that has now broken so Im now searching for a oral surgeon to fix it . They pulled the wrong tooth out werr very rude Never going back

Not a good experience. They don't value your business, have you waiting hours before the dentist actually comes to in because she was to busy chatting with her partner in the office While I waited for 50min past my appointment time. Got a root canal and the paste used to fill it in fell off literally 3hours after I left. Now I have to loose a day of work to go in again and get it fixed. Overall very poor experience. Look for another place there's hundreds to choose from I'll never be back there.

First thing they denied access to my service dog. Then did nothing to genuinely help. Had bad infection was needing it drained. Refused to drain it. Wanted me to BUY mouthwash from her office at $20 a bottle not covered by insurance. I do not recommend this place to anyone

I went through my root canal surgery. It went very smoothly. I am feeling great now. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Jotsna did a great job in ensuring that I was comfortable. Would definitely recommend them.

Very unprofessional had me come down to the office to wait for an hour for them to do nothing at all. Very rude. They only want to bill you or your insurance for work they did not do.

Been coming to this dentist office for a while. Service has always been pretty good. But, they are starting to book many appointments at the same time. I had an appointment for 9:30 and waited an hour to be called back. Went and talked to the ladies at the front desk and they said it could be a 20 minute wait or longer. I had to reschedule my appointment since I didn't have time to wait any longer.

Came in for a root canal and extraction with bone grafting. Procedures were painless except some soreness the next day. Plan on getting an implant in the next few months. Dr. J and her staff was awesome and honestly fun to be around! Front staff were very friendly, and office looked and smelled clean. Looking forward to coming back for my implant!
