Pomona dentist, Dr. Bhavin Changela graduated from GDCH, India in 2000. After moving to California he immediately attended University of Pacific (UOP) to complete California Dental Board examinations. He would complete certificate course in straight wire orthodontics from Progressive Orthodontics. Dr. Changela then attended special course provided by Boston Implant Institute for surgical implant and reconstructive surgeries.
Dr. Changela is member of American Academy of Implant dentistry (AAID), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), Tri-County Dental Society, and Indian Dental Association (IDA).
Pomona dentist, Dr. Mandeep Patel graduated from , India in 1999. He attended University of southern California (USC) to complete California Dental Board examinations and mini residency in cosmetic Dentistry. As your dentist he believes in providing comprehensive, step-by-step care and recognize that your needs as a patient are unique.

My husband Agapito had great experience with these Doctors & the whole team. Had his fillings replaced & had wisdom tooth extracted the Dentist gave him a really good anesthesia that he didn't feel any pain or discomfort . The Doctor was nice explained everything to him before doing any procedures & all his questions were answered. We're happy that we went to these Doctors.

Pearl is the best dentist I have ever been to they fixed my teeth prior to surgery and I had no pain several teeth pulled and never felt anything it's been 4 years and I travel 45 minutes to go to my appointment I will never change

If you do not want to be overcharged or taken advantage of Read my story below as i know it is a bit long. This Dentist office swore to the amount we were being charged for work we had done "they lied". if you had work done there and feel like you were over charged "look into to it with your insurance, as on paper it looked legit but i felt in my gutt it was not what we should of been charged. SO 2 Yrs ago myself and husband had work done and the dentist gave us a price which was pretty high but as a good dentist does he brought it down to only $800 , $400 for each of us for cleaning and some type of medication, not to mention we both have insurance. We weren't totally happy but the dentist said we needed the work he was doing, i questioned it but my husband wanted us to get this work done, nothing else was done, no caps, no pulling, absolutely nothing oh maybe x-rays. So i called our insurance and they spoke wtih me, i let it go. So this yr. i end up with pain and call the dentist office to come in and he quotes me over $1200 and then starts the whole negotiating thing and finally for the extraction (1 tooth) i get a $280-$320 quote, medication prescription of amoxicillin and come back in about 4 days for extraction. I was so uncomfortable and called my insurance to investigate as i was looking over my co pay booklet for extraction and other things and it said $0 cost. i called the insurance comp. and went over the work that was done 2 years ago and they said we absolutely should not have paid more then $30 for copay each. i filed a grievance with our insurance company (on line) "Delta Dental HMO" and they emailed me and said they were going to look into it and request all work and charges, as i told them the girls in the office said the dentist do their own billing. and when i ask for copies of the itemized work and cost the girl i spoke with was a bit hostile with the fact they had already been contacted by the insurance and said there was no way we were over charged. A few weeks later we received a letter stating that we were absolutely 100% over charged by $740 which should be reimbursed within 30 days and if not to immediately contact them. The one thing i wanted PEARL DENTAL customers to know is to being very careful and file a grievance with your insurance if you feel you have wrongly been charged . I immediately changed our dentist & did the extraction for free, no questions no pushing for more work to be done. We did get our money back , wish i had addressed the issue sooner and knew about filing a grievance back then but non the less the money came back to its rightful owners, we work hard for our money and we should not be blindly robbed by any doctor dentist or profession business that claims to want to keep us healthy. never will i recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Arrived at my appointment at 925a and I was in the chair at 930a which was my appointment time also the staff was very nice good customer service I highly recommend them.

Just had my first appointment and honestly they did so awesome! They did an emergency surgery and I have alot of fears of the dentist but they were so understanding and made sure I was okay. I definitely recommend! 3 days post opp and haven't had barely any pain to my mouth

Fantastic experience! Possibly the best dental experience of my life. My dentist was very kind and caught six cavities from one x-ray that my previous dentist never caught in six years. Rates were affordable and I was back to eating a day later. No pain and they did a lovely job! Five stars for sure.

Dr. Bhavin Changela and staff are awesome. Very warm and friendly staff. Dr. Changela has a very light touch. I am a big wuss when it comes to going to the dentist. They made me feel really comfortable when I got my procedures done. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I went to Pearl to have them check my crown as I had a piece come off and was very pleased with the results. They took x-rays and I was told all was OK and I did not have to have it replaced it was solid and would be ok. They were friendly and efficient and did not add any extra costs. I definitely recommend them. The cost was very affordable.

I have been coming to Pearl dental for about 4 years now, and I have to say this is a dentist that you can trust. I absolutely love the staff, everyone is so nice and treats you as family. And they are always on time, I never have to wait longer than 10 min to be called back. You guys are awesome!!

I randomly picked Pearl Dental Care when I needed to chose a dentist with my insurance. Then, I was super impressed how amazing job they do. Dentists are great, really gentle and caring to their patients but also the staff is the same, too, very helpful, kind and calm. So now all my family get their dental care at Pearl Dental Care and we all love the care we receive here. I highly recommend.

I have been coming to pearl dentistry for 3 years now. What makes this place amazing is the support staff. They are always friendly and they treat you with such respect. I get very nervous when I have to get numbed for dental procedures. Lena (one of the dental hygienist) always make me feel so at eaze. She talks to me through the whole process and is just so nice to me. She never judges me or makes me feel bad for when I start to freak out a little. I mainly go here for the support staff, they are incredible!!!
