Dr. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science from Creighton University in Omaha, NE, and upon graduation he immediately moved back to Southern California where he worked as a Molecular Biologist in La Jolla, California. It was during this period that he met and married his wife Laurian, an Architect.
Deciding to switch careers, Dr. Chris moved with Laurian to New York City where he earned his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Following four years in NYC, and the birth of their daughter Adina, the family moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where Dr. Chris completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of New Mexico. Upon graduation, Dr. Chris was named the Chief Dental Officer at Albuquerque Healthcare for the Homeless. It was during these years working with a wide variety of patients that Dr. Chris recognized his passion for working with children. In early 2011, and in recognition of his commitment to providing exceptional care in a public health setting, Dr. Chris was named by the New Mexico Primary Care Association as the New Mexico Public Health Dentist of the Year.

Literally the best! My 2 yr old went in for a general cleaning and they were amazing and so patient with us as my son was not having it. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly office! Toys in the waiting room. They were gentle and patient with my daughter for her first appointment ever. I only waited about 5 min for her appointment and she even got a little toy duck at the end! Love this office and staff!

Very happy taking my 7 and 5 year old here. My 7 year old was previously nervous at our precious dentist, but here she's not nervous or scared at all. The staff does an awesome job explaining and demonstrating what's going to happen before doing which helps her a lot. The TVs on the top of the ceiling are also super helpful and fun. Absolutely recommend this pediatric dentist.

Highly recommend. Friendly staff, cute play/waiting area. Wait is never long. They have a ceiling display and headphones for children's entertainment and they clean and advise very well. 5/5

I am hearing impaired. When I went in for my boys appointments the staff lowered their masks to talk to me-before I had to tell them and before they saw my hearing aids! This has never happened before!!! This says a lot about their attention to detail, awareness, respect, and level of compassion/care they provide to their patients-and the parents! There are many other things I could comment on that they excel at, however I was blown away by what I shared above!

Amazing staff, incredibly nice and welcoming. The front desk people, the hygienists and the doctor create a wonderful environment for kids which provides comfort to the parents.

Every single person here is delightful. My 5 year old was happy as a clam the entire time and kept commenting how clean his teeth felt while skipping to the parking lot. Fantastic experience all around.
