Awards and achievements are abundant throughout Dr. Smiths training and career. Hes a board-certified top-of-his class Orthodontist. He is a member of the American Board of Orthodontics, American Association of Orthodontists and has received multiple awards, scholarships and honors during his education. There are few orthodontic specialists and even fewer dentists with the training and accolades that Dr. Smith has achieved. Teeth are truly a passion for Dr. Smith.

Born and raised in Idaho Falls, he and his wife have chosen Utah County as their home to enjoy the amazing skiing, rzr-ing, hiking, mountain biking and adventuring that Utah has to offer. They moved to Utah in 2016 and have loved every minute. They have three wonderful children, Dakota, Pepper and Carson.

Office Manager: Tiffany Welcome to Peak Orthodontics, where smiles are contagious! As office manager, I have the satisfaction of seeing peoples lives change one smile at a time. I have had braces myself and HEAD GEAR! (Its not that bad.) Ive been in the orthodontic field since 1996 and look forward to many more years. I am a very social person and I am lucky that my job has allowed me the opportunity to meet some amazing new people. I am a Disneyland fanatic, so if you need someone to go with, then please take me!I love cuddling with my three daughters and my sweet husband while watching movies. On the weekends, I enjoy hanging out with friends and playing board games or hauling our camper to the mountains for a relaxing break away from technology. A fun fact about me is that I have lived in Spanish Fork my entire life.

Media Specialist: Whitney Hey! Hi! Hello! My name is Whitney Anne! When Im not at work, youll find me with a camera in my hand. Ive always enjoyed photography and have recently started capturing weddings, engagements, bridals and families. If you ever catch me without my camera, that means Im hiking, camping or hammocking in Utahs wide variety of landscapes. I am in love with Utah! From the red rocks of St. George to the snowy peaks of the Uintas.

Scheduling Coordinator: Samantha My name is Samantha, but you can call me Sam! I LOVE working in the orthodontic field because I am able to see the changes we make in our patients lives. When Im not at work, youll find me with my amazing husband and cute children! I have a daughter and a son and theyre only a year apart. I love traveling and meeting new people! I lived in the Dominican Republic for eighteen months of my life, which is where I picked up Spanish! I also enjoy spending lots of time outdoors, from horseback riding to hunting to exploring the mountains.

Scheduling Coordinator: Sierra Hey! My name is Sierra. I recently got married to my best friend in May 2021. Fun fact, we actually met at a pizza place! I grew up in Las Vegas and moved to Utah in 2017. This is my first time working in the dental field and Im excited to be part of the Peak Team! When Im not at work, youll find me either snuggling with my dog or going to the movies with my hubby.

Insurance Specialist: Shelby Hi, my name is Shelby. I am so excited to be a part of the Peak team. Ive been in the dental field for thirteen years. When Im not at work you can find me spending time outside with my family and friends.

Head Orthodontic Assistant: Destrilee It is an honor to be a part of the Peak Orthodontics team, helping to create that perfect smile and confidence in each one of our patients! I have been in the dental profession since 2014.I love learning and teaching others new things, and I get to do that every time I come to work. Outside of working, I love spending time with my husband, adorable daughter, family and horses. I am a member of the Rocky Mountain Professional Rodeo Association, and I am competing in breakaway roping and barrel racing.We enjoy traveling as a family to rodeos all over the state.

Orthodontic Assistant: Amber Hi, Im Amber. I grew up in Northern California but moved to Utah in 2000. I enjoy spending time with my husband and five children, going camping, visiting Bodega Bay, California, trying new things and traveling. I love animals but only have one cat. If I could have any animal, Id own a monkey as well! I recently jumped into the dental field in January of 2019 after being a stay at home mom for 16 years.

Orthodontic Assistant: Britney Hi! My name is Britney. I am originally from Texas, but I came to Utah to complete dental assisting school. I love my job and the people Im around. I cant wait to meet you all!The beach is my true home, but for now while living here, I am enjoying the winter and snow. Most of the time I am working, but in my free time I paint and hang out with friends and watch Netflix. I come from a family of eight, and we travel all over the country for fun with each other. My favorite vacation was when we went to Disney World!

Orthodontic Assistant: Lindsey Hey! Im Linds! I grew up in California and I moved to Utah the summer of 2019. I went to Practical Dental Assisting January 2021 to become a certified dental assistant and orthodontic assistant. When I am not working, I am teaching swim lessons, rock climbing, hanging out with friends, watching shows or eating Taco Bell. I love ALL animals and I am hoping to get a dog of my own soon. At some point in the future, I would love to travel to Norway where my family originated from!

Orthodontic Assistant: Anna Hello! My name is Anna. I grew up on an island off the coast of South Texas. I recently got married to my bestie in February of 2021! I am currently working on my Bachelors of Family Studies at BYU. I have been working in the dental field for a year and I LOVE it! When I am not at work or school, I enjoy playing my guitar and petting dogs. I am so excited to be a part of the Peak Team!

Orthodontic Assistant: Madison My name is Madison, but you can call me Madi! I grew up in American Fork. I enjoy drawing, painting, watching movies, the outdoors, soccer, and so much more! Im a very competitive person! I love to travel and my favorite travel location would be Florida! Fun fact about me is I have a sweet tooth for anything chocolate. I joined the Peak team in 2021 and have loved every minute of it!

Orthodontic Assistant: Miranda Hey! My name is Miranda! I joined the dental field in 2018, originally working in general dentistry until I found my love for orthodontics. I love my Peak family and being able to watch the confidence change in a person as we perfect their smile! When not at work you will find me hanging out with my best friend and boyfriend, or in Delta where I am from, hanging out with friends, riding ATVs, and in the summer, boating at our beautiful Gunnison Bend Reservoir. I love dogs and hope to one day have one of my own, but for now I have two cats. Fun fact about me: I have been competing in the Miss America Organization since I was 6 years old, and currently hold the title of Miss Millard County, and will get the chance to compete at Miss Utah in June 2022!

Dr. Karras is a Utah native and graduated from the University of Utah, where he was awarded the Presidential Scholarship. He continued his studies at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. As one of the top students in his class, Dr. Karras was inducted into the prestigious honorary dental fraternity Omicron Kappa Upsilon.

Following dental school, Dr. Karras attended the University of Minnesota, where he received outstanding specialty training in orthodontics and also earned a specialty certificate and masters degree. During the course of his dental education, Dr. Karras received a number of scholarships and awards for academics, leadership and scientific research. He also coauthored scientific articles in the fields of neuroscience, genetics and clinical orthodontics. In addition to the knowledge and experience he has gained over many years in clinical practice, Dr. Karras loves to learn and is continually working to stay on the cutting edge of information and techniques used in the practice of orthodontics. Dr. Karras has also completed the process to become board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Karras enjoys all aspects of the orthodontic profession, but he especially enjoys getting to know patients and their families. When he is not in the office, his favorite activity is to spend time with his wife, Risa, and their four children. He enjoys serving in his church as well as in the community in a variety of ways. He also enjoys playing sports of all kinds, traveling and spending time outdoors.

Office Manager: Skyler Hey there! My name is Skyler and Im so excited to meet you! I loved going to the dentist when I was little and dreamed of someday working for a dentist! Ive worked in the dental field since 2004 and have a deep love and passion for teeth and meeting new people. When Im not at work, I am spending every second with my best friend and husband, Nick, our trio, Addie, Kash, and Lucy, and our little Owen. We enjoy watching sports (Go Utes!), hiking and going to Disneyland!

Orthodontic Assistant: Jennifer Hola amigas and amigos! My name is Jennifer, but all my friends call me JFIZZ! Ive been working with Peak since 2018 and LOVE it here; I even have braces myself!! If Im not working, you can always catch me in the mountains hiking around trying to find Bigfoot. Anyways thats all for now. Orthodontic Assistant: McCall Hi! My name is McCall! I am an orthodontic assistant here at Peak. I am a junior at UVU studying Sociology. If Im not at work or school you can find me in the mountains doing what I love most which is running, mountain biking, skiing and rock climbing!

Orthodontic Assistant: Isabel Hi! My name is Isabel, I started interning at Peak and got hired! I love my job, and it is always fun. When I am not working, I will usually be dancing or golfing with some of my favorite people. Another thing is that I love vacationing, and there are so many fun places to go!

Orthodontic Assistant: Chantel Hey! My name is Chantel, but you can call me Channy! I am an orthodontic assistant here at Peak Orthodontics, and I love it! I love working in the dental field so much! I have wanted to work as a dental assistant since I was little and am so happy that I went for it! I am a wife to my husband, Ken, and a mother to four awesome little boys: Brody, Cooper, and the twins, Taysom and Gage. I love spending time with them!When Im not working, you can find us camping, boating or trying new fun things together. I also love a good movie night with friends and snacks in my downtime. I enjoy being outside and soaking up the sun as much as possible. Working for Dr. Karras has been so great! I even have braces myself! Orthodontic Assistant: Monica Hi, my name is Monica, but everyone calls me Moni! Im an orthodontic assistant here at Peak Orthodontics. Im a mom of two beautiful boys: Nash and Cooper! When Im not at work, you can find me with my husband and my boys! Im so happy I am part of the Peak Team.

Dr. McCall McCord is a proud Utah County native. She graduated from Utah Valley University where she was awarded the Presidential Scholarship and honored as valedictorian of her college. She then attended dental school at the University of Utah, finishing as one of the top students in her class. During her dental training, Dr. McCord completed an orthodontic externship working with a craniofacial team at Primary Childrens Hospital.

Following dental school, Dr. McCord moved to St. Louis, Missouri, to complete an advanced orthodontic residency program and masters degree at Saint Louis University. During her residency, she treated a wide variety of patient cases and gained clinical expertise in using digital technology to perfect patient smiles.

Dr. McCord loves getting to know her patients and customizing her treatment to their individual needs. She is especially passionate about creating excellent outcomes centered on beautiful aesthetics crafted for each patients unique smile.

Office Manager: Jamie Hi, my name is Jamie. I am so excited to be a part of the Peak Team. I have over 20 years of experience in the dental world, and I love it. My favorite thing is to see the confidence our patients have that comes from having a beautiful smile. When Im not at work, Im busy spending time with my kiddos, going to basketball and football games. I love traveling and outdoor concerts. Some of my favorite concerts so far are Red Hot Chili Peppers, Muse and PINK.

Scheduling Coordinator: Kaylie Hi everyone, my name is Kaylie. Ive been in the oral health field for about a year now, and I really enjoy it! In my free time, I love hanging out with my large family, FaceTimeing my new niece and going on fun adventures with my boyfriend.

Orthodontic Assistant: Eden Hi, Im Eden. Ive worked in the dental field since 2020 and have loved helping patients achieve beautiful and healthy smiles.
