This place is awesome! From the super friendly and thorough appointment process to the beautiful atmosphere at the office to the wonderful staff that works there. Of course having a tooth extraction is scary, I did mine with just local anesthetic and laughing gas and didn't feel a thing. They took the time to explain everything. Loved the choice of music in the procedure room, helped you relax along with a really nice and comfy chair for the procedure. Thank you Tawni and Dr. Stearns for taking such good care of me!! You did an awesome job and I appreciated the clear post procedure instructions! Definitely will recommend you!

I had a fantastic experience here! I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed and received a detailed evaluation to determine which teeth needed to come out. The Dr explained to me in detail the best path forward. The day of I received clear guidance and was prepared well for the surgery. Tawni and Cecily were fantastic and made me feel comfortable.

They were very helpful and friendly. Alina and Tanni took the time to talk to me while getting me ready for tooth extraction. They made an unpleasant procedure very almost pleasant. Dr. Stearns and her staff did a wonderful job.

I had an impacted wisdom tooth which has needed to come out for quite some time. I was a bit nervous about having it removed but Dr Noori and his staff were absolutely amazing and I can't imagine a better experience. Dr Noori and his surgery staff were extremely patient and took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions. I never felt rushed or that Dr Noori was in a hurry. If you are nervous about having a wisdom tooth removed I suggest visiting Dr Noori as this went 100x smoother than the nightmare I imagined in my head.

I've seen Dr. Noori for an implant in the past and my daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed. We could not be happier with the care we received on both occasions. Morgan & Dr. Noori are the absolute best!

As someone who doesn't particularly love having my teeth worked on, I had a very good experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The facility was very clean. Tawni did a great job getting me prepped and helping me out after the procedure was done. Dr. Stearns personally called me the day after surgery to check on how I was doing and if I had any questions. This was by far the best experience I've had at a dental office. I would highly recommend this office.

I had a great experience with peak OMS! They helped me so much, the staff was wonderful ,they made me feel very comfortable and helped ease my nerves. Alina was awsome!!! she talked me through all of my procedure and helped me feel alot better and not so nervous. Very great place to go if you need dental work.So appreciative of them!!

The consult and procedure went smoothly and I have no complaints there. In fact, I would rate my experience with Dr. Noori and his assistants 5 stars. However, I am giving Peak OMS a 1-Star rating for their poor handling of filing the claim for my costly procedure. It has now been 8 months since my procedure and the office has yet to successfully submit my claim to my insurance provider. After the first few months with no explanation of benefits (EOB) sent to me from my provider I called the office to ask about the status of the claim. They assured me that they had submitted the claim but that it would take some time to process. After several more weeks passed without receiving an EOB, I reached out to my insurance provider to determine if the problem was on their end. My insurance provider said they had not received any claims and called Peak OMS on my behalf to determine why. We were told that Peak OMS incorrectly filled in my insurance information on the claim form and they assured both my provider and myself that they would correct and resubmit. Several weeks passed and I called my provider again to check on the status of the claim. Still, no claim had been submitted so my provider called the office again. This time the office claimed that they were having issues with the third-party service they use to submit claims. Since then I have called and emailed the office to determine the status of the claim and have been ignored or simply told that someone will get in touch. My biggest complaint is not with the fact that there is an issue in processing the claim but more so with how it is being handled. My inquiries have been ignored despite my best efforts to assist (e.g., offering more information if needed). What is confusing is that the claim for my consultation was submitted with no issue. My dental office (unrelated to Peak OMS) has also successfully filed claims on my behalf in the last 6 months leading me to believe that this is not an issue on my providers end. This problem has resulted in significant stress as the procedure, if the claim is not submitted on time, will be an expensive out of pocket expense. I enrolled in a more premium dental insurance plan as I anticipated this procedure. It is disheartening to know that this might be in vain and I may lose money both in the form of expensive premiums and an unnecessary out of pocket expense. I would recommend taking my experience into consideration if you plan on scheduling a costly procedure here. I will update this review if the problem is eventually rectified. EDIT: I have changed my original rating and give peak OMS 5 stars now. Shortly after I posted my original review (above) Shannon from Peak OMS reached out to me to assist with the problems I had been having. She managed to determine the issue and successfully pushed the claim through! After this there was a small balance due and this was waived due to my troubles.
