There's so many things wrong with this place. 1. My husband had an appointment on a Friday at 9am and the place was closed when he arrived. Waited for a while and no one showed up. We called and no one answer. Several days later no one cared to call or apologize. 2. I went for a 6month cleaning and they polished my teeth first (which I've always had them cleaned and polished second) and at the end I was given a mirror to check that it was done correctly... I'm not a dentist so I wouldn't know what to even look for. That was weird. 3. I had a 10 am appointment and they didn't see me until 40 minutes later, they all seemed pretty disorganized. The staff kept asking each other who was going to do what. 4. The place was pretty nasty I gotta say, they were lots of stains and hair all over the floor, like they haven't been moped in AGES! There were gloves on the floor that no one cared to pick up. There was a hole in the wall they poorly covered with a poster. The walls were pretty dirty and also the base of the chairs and other equipment. And lastly, they were talking about other patients in front of me, which I think they're not allowed to and also is pretty unprofessional. I gotta say, they were never rude to me, overall they were friendly, except for the part were they talked about other clients not having insurance and having to pay out of pocket among other things. I will definitely recommend to look elsewhere and we for sure won't be coming here again.

Update: DO NOT TRUST PEAK DENTAL'S TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS. They carelessly recommend unnecessary treatments and surgeries to rake in $$. And this is NOT the place you want handling such things. Subpar, rushed work. It just got worse and worse since 5 years ago when I wrote the initial review (below). Doctors and staff change all the time, and the orthodontist has one day a month to schedule, so my son isn't even able to complete his treatment. The scheduling mishaps never corrected, only got worse. They tell you a date/time, and then change it without notification. Zero care for customer. Original review: Scheduling process is a pain and we've had multiple mistaken times and confirmations sent for the wrong days/times. They seem to have stopped the text confirmation now (or at least we didn't get it this time), and got a message literally saying a confirmation call back was required for my son's orthodontist appointment. Required? For an appointment I made weeks ago? Or what, I lose the spot? What if someone doesn't get the message? I've just had SO many issues with this place and their scheduling system and processes. The care is okay. They seem to be a little too eager to drill, fill, and do surgeries. They suggested my son have his jaw broken and extended for his overbite. He's a teenager and still growing! I can't believe they even mentioned that to him! They just seem to want to pack in as many procedures they can. I can tell, too, because I have required dental checkups and care through my job, and they never find these supposed deficiencies on my other exams and x-rays. It's just really suspicious. Get a second opinion for anything major they suggest.

RUN AWAY!! Giving it one star rating but it should be ZERO. We made an appointment 6 months prior and when we showed up the whole place was closed. Not for the day, they closed the branch!!! APPALLING We left several messages at their office number, our calls weren't returned. We weren't contacted, nor did we receive notifications this place was shutting down for good. My son now won't be able to see another dentist for another 6 months because he has is now a new customer and dentists are all booked up and others don't accept new patients. What kind of dental business is this??? SHAME On PEAK DENTAL

They will send you another bill after paying with insurance and cash on the same day. They send the bill after 6 or 7 months saying the doctor wasn't on the network. Even though you want to return to them for more work. After spending 4k on this place you they send another bill. So they will lose me and more money I was going to spend on them. Never again

High turnover of the dentists. Front office staff is clueless. Financial Specialist/Office Manager wanted to bill me upfront for a crown because she said the insurance pays so little. #1 you shouldn't bill the patient anything until after all applicable insurances have processed and paid. #2 I'm pretty sure balance billing is illegal. Sketchy sketchy practices here. Shame because when Dr. Doan was here, along with the former Financial Specialist (believe his name was Jason?) I used to like this place. The hunt for a new dentist is now underway.

The customer service of this place is poor. I gave all my insurance information and they still can't figure out how it works. They even called me a fraud because I kept calling about my appointment and they said I was not covered by my insurance and thinking I'm a fraud. I should've read the reviews before I even contacted this place. The only good thing that happened was when I canceled my appointment. I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately I can't.

We showed up an half hour early for our appointment. They had trouble with the X-ray machine and took us back to the exam room where we waited another hour without seeing the dentist or being told of any delay. An hour and half later still had not been seen. We left without ever meeting the dentist.

I just got back from an apt at Peak for my two year old and am rather frustrated with the care received. We came in as she was experiencing painful swollen gum and neeeded to seek dental advice. While the asistant was great, the dentist barely examined her nor did he take the time to answer our questions and concerns. Any concerns we raised were met with short/generic answers. I understand the dentist may have ample experience and my see such cases often, however we don't have such experience or knowledge, this is our first time experiencing this so a little courtesy and patience to help us understand what was happening to her would have been greatly appreciate. However that was not demostrated. We waited patiently for the dentist so a little of their time in return would have been greatly appreciated. Rether we had about 1 min of his time and all our questions were given with generic responses e.g. it's normal, let me refer you to someone else. The dentist seem as though he was in a rush to get to another patient or had a bad stomach ache and had to go relief himself. In either case, I am removing my daughter from their care since they made it clear her Wellness or our concerns are not a priority to them.

FANTASTIC! I was treated with respect, listened to and the condition of my teeth were explained clearly. Dr T was very pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. We discussed my history of all the dental work done and the condition of my gums. Her assistant, Teri, was just as fantastic. She was very socialable and enjoyable to listen to. Together they made a perfect team, skilled, gentle, and all together fun to be with. 2nd Review: Well it's Been 6 mos since my last cleaning at Peak Dental. I was greeted by Catherine who escorted me to the room. Then I met Dr Go and his assistant Eddie. They were all very nice, helpful, kind and gentle in caring for my teeth. As I was leaving I needed a letter for my MD since I have diabetes that states my visit and condition of my teeth, which was very good. The front office girl prepared a letter for Dr Go and had it ready before I left the office. Excellent care, excellent service and smiles abundant!

The dentist is really great but the office management needs improvement. My appointment was cancelled by the office last minute and rebooked to a later Friday. When I showed up to my new appointment, the office was closed. The office is no longer open on Fridays. When I called the call center that handles scheduling, they had no appointments on file for me except the one the office cancelled. Also, the office continues to call my boyfriend who is my emergency contact for all appointment confirmations, even though my number is primary. I told them this was a new issue that just started but they did not fix it and he continues to gets calls for my appointments, including the one for today which was scheduled when they are closed. I am changing dentists. No one has time to take off work for a dental appointment to find out they are closed.

This place is a joke. The worst dental office I have ever been to. The receptionist never have any ideal of what they are talking about. They constantly get my 2 daughters mixed up. Their names are not even close to being the same. My daughter's were supposed to have braces for 2 years and this is 4 years later. They still have braces and have seen 3 different Orthodontists. I finally had to request them to just take them off. They made their impressions for their retainers and called to tell me that one of them needs to come back to do it again because the lab couldn't use the ones they made. We made a new appt and I seriously confirmed 4 times within 2 day which daughter it was for. Yep it was for wrong kid again. Now one daughter gets her braces off tomorrow while the other has to wait a whole other month because they do not have her retainer and gets to miss school because they do not have an open appt to take care of her. I am so done with this dental office. They are rude and do not care about their patients. They have canceled appts without even notifying us. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

The Dentists and assistants were courteous, professional, and able to communicate clearly. The pending procedure, though complicated, was explained well. And I have a clear idea of the cost, which seems to be a fair - good price.

Appointment was set for 10a for a basic cleaning but I wasn't seen until 10:45a or later. My cleaner rushed through the procedure and it HURT!!! She mentioned I had a build up of tartar but not until the end so I was left in the dark through most of the painful procedure. And when it was time for fluoride she also rushed through it, didn't cover all of my teeth, and dropped a bunch of it on my tongue. I won't be coming here again for a teeth cleaning with this type of service and I hope you hire oral hygienist who actually care about people in the future! The front staff were lovely.

Worst dental Farm you can go too. You wait 1 hour, you pay double, and your tooth will not last over a year, the only 5 stars reviews they get are mostly staff and friends.

I went in with a chipped tooth and told the dentist my tongue is cut up every night because of my chip in my teeth. All she said is the manager will call you about your insurance that was five days ago I have not had a phone call I'm not happy and I'm in pain

Id advise to take your business elsewhere. I'm sick of establishments such as these operating. The nature of poor service leads to other complications. Especially within the Senior Class I serve. I would request the place be completely shut ...
