My review is for Peak Dental here in the Factoria area of Bellevue,Wa. I had some pretty bad experiences with this office. One of those things being off dental work and care. I kinda felt the dentist not only didn't care but was a bit mean. The work was shorty too. I was also scheduled an early morning appointment, and when I showed up they were closed. I wasn't sure if it was just me. When I returned I was glad to hear that they were transferring owners. The sheer contrast of care was obvious. The dentist amazing! I can't remember who owns the office now but they're not Peak Dental anymore, and since they live a couple blocks down idc.

You pay way too much for what you get. If this is your only dentist experience try somewhere else. It's like a drive through how fast they "clean" your teeth

Had an appointment there today. Office was closed, nobody notified me the appointment would be canceled or that they needed to close for the day. tried to call their number several times and it did not ring or go to voicemail. Not my first time having issues with them.

Every tooth they worked on has needed attention. This makes me angry and sad that their work is so poor! Boo

First, I noticed that the office is clean. I had a very good experience with everyone. From beginning to end of the appointment. Gisselle, the Dental Hygienist was so nice, easy to talk to, and welcoming. The Dentist, Dr. Sharma, I highly recommend as she is very caring, gentle, and informative. I try to keep up on my dental care regularly, but had lapsed for some time with the Covid19 restrictions and worries.I was anxious to get back to a regular schedule. Thank you all for making the process painless.

PHENOMENAL. Best dental care I have EVER received. Dr Shamra and Ekra are absolutely amazing. I have anxiety due to bad past experiences and they made sure I felt safe, comfortable, and in control of the entire process. I had fillings, whitening, and cosmetic work, which all turned out beautifully. Come see them if you want the highest quality of care.

Because of Covid, I was nervous about going to the dentist even though I'm fully vaccinated. My health status means I could get very ill, even with the vaccine you see. So, I've mostly stayed isolated since early 2020! However, from my first minutes in Peak Dental Clinic of Bellevue I felt put completely at ease. The staff here are amazing! The front desk people and the Dental Assistant/Hygienist etc. are just so welcoming and caring. My Dentist - Doctor Sharma - was excellent! Not only is she a very sweet and caring lady, but also incredibly gentle and precise with her tools. She is very knowledgeable and also explained everything very well! I left knowing exactly what I need done urgently and with a plan for the future. Right now I'm relying on Medicaid, but I expect to change that in the future, so the future plan mattered to me! Unfortunately, I was misinformed by the Peak Dental Switchboard that Peak Dental takes Medicaid, which is apparently located in CA, so watch out for that (Washington State's Medicaid coverage of clinics apparently changed last year)! However, since I was offered a visit for xrays and an exam for only $29, instead of the usual $300+, I stayed and jumped at the chance! If you're able to visit this clinic, based on my experience, I highly recommend it! Definitely see Dr. Sharma too if you can! She rocks!

Best experience ever. From front desk to the doctor. Dr. Somali Sharma was gentle caring and was vey knowledgeable. Kept me informed on every step from beginning until the end. I felt like I es treated like a family member. I learned more about my issue snd felt calm to the way things were explained snd the treatment plan and goals. Great office hours, location and an affordable price for the ones that have no insurance. I highly recommend that Office, Peak Dental in particularly Dr. Sharma, Somali at Peak Dental. Don't speak English? No problem They also had some other staff that speaks Spanish in case you are a native Spanish speaker. Si no hablas ingles igual sin te pueden ayudar. Araceli and Larissa at front office given you ladies too a 5 *****

1 star is too high. I was supposed to be a new patient. I called and made an appointment, all seemed well. Day of my appointment rolls around and, since this was a new place, I decided to call just to make sure I had the right address and if there was anything I needed to bring or do in advance. The corporate receptionist answers and first, can't find my name. I tell her I'm a new patient and then she finds me in the system and says, "oh, yes, I see you scheduled for an appointment at 2:00 today... but that office is actually closed today." ... Um, what? So I was scheduled for a day you are closed?! She says they lost their dentist so they can't take any appointments and the office is closed for a few weeks. So why was I never called and informed?! I was pretty upset at that point and told her that is very unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for me and my time to not inform me. Had I not called, I would have wasted an hour of my day driving to and from. I should have walked away from Peak then, but she assured me I could be seen in 2 weeks, so I rescheduled. My appointment was supposed to be tomorrow. I called today to confirm... guess what?! Office is closed. Message directs me to online hours. I go online and see office is closed tomorrow, the day of my appointment! AGAIN! So, BYE PEAK DENTAL. I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication from any business, ever.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Better yet, if I could negatively rate, I would. Forget being the worst business in the industry, this was the worst business I've EVER been to, without a doubt. I'm simply writing this review to save all of you from the disaster that is Peak Dental. Let me share my story with you all in depth: My retainer of 10 years snapped, so I needed a new retainer ASAP. This business popped up on google with good reviews, and was close to home. I was able to schedule an appointment and they (evidently) had the shortest turnaround time to get a retainer. I explained that I simply needed molds to be fit for a single upper retainer to replace my broken retainer. Step one in the office? Take X-rays. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. After explaining two and three times what I needed, I was finally escorted to a chair to take molds. After 20-30 minutes of waiting, my molds were taken and I was on my way. I was told that my retainer would be ready in 2 weeks time, set a follow up appointment to check the fit, and I should be on my merry way. 2 weeks pass and I receive a call the day before my appointment to confirm my 3pm appointment, except miraculously my appointment had changed to noon, much to my surprise. Being the decent customer that I am, I show up early to check in and grab my retainer. I'm taken back and sat down, wait another 20-30 minutes (I'm sure you're starting to notice a pattern here) and once I'm finally approached, I receive an explanation that my retainer IS NOT THERE. What could have easily been explained over the phone the day before, for reasons beyond me, had to wait until the following day after inconveniencing me by changing my appointment time and having me come in. At this point, I'm BLOWN. AWAY. Moving forward, I'm explained that I will receive a call once my retainer is in house and I will be able to come in and pick it up. Finally (or so I'm thinking). I explain that I'm leaving for one week and really need the retainer before leaving town, or else I risk my teeth reverting back to their original position and the retainer potentially not fitting. No call. I return from vacation without a call. I go another 2 WEEKS without a call. It's officially been 5 weeks since my first appointment, and 3 weeks since my retainer was supposed to be ready. I try calling both weekdays and weekends, only to be immediately directed to a voicemail stating they are closed. I call corporate only to be directed to their debt collection line. I'm in awe at this point. I FINALLY get the right number and explain how beyond irritated I am, and they (for once) do the right thing and get me in the day of my call. My 3pm appointment comes, I show up expecting (praying is more accurate) that this will be a quick appointment. Holy Lord was I wrong. I'm brought back at 3:20, sat down and explained that it's busy. In my hour and a half wait time in the chair (yes, HOUR AND A HALF) I hear multiple customers complaining to staffers. I think my favorite of them all was a client explaining that she was numbed for her cavity filling over an hour ago. Let me reiterate; this client was numbed an hour before, and left alone with no doctor tending to their client. Now back to my experience. Between being sat down in a chair and being checked for the fit, I had stood up multiple times and plotted a safe escape route to sneak out with retainer in hand. After an hour and 45 minutes in total, my retainer was checked and my brutal experience with Peak Dental had finally come to an end. Pray you are never in such a position that you happen to wander into this absolute nightmare of a business.

Avoid at all costs - will demand advance payment (for full price, before insurance adjustment) and never give your money back even after insurance pays them out. Their offices never pick up the phone and the call center is "temporarily closed".
