As he embarked on a college career, Dr. Baioni knew that he wanted to one day do something in the field of medicine he just wasnt sure what yet. Thankfully, he had one uncle and two aunts who worked as dentists of varying specialties. After shadowing his uncle for the first time, he realized that oral healthcare was the right fit for him. Seeing what was possible in this line of work and how it could make such a positive difference in someones life was truly inspiring and hes never looked back!
After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas, Dr. Baioni pursued his dental doctorate at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Following graduation, he worked for one year at a community health clinic, where he performed a variety of procedures for the underserved population, before venturing into private practice. Today, he is a member of the American Dental Association and the Arkansas Dental Association.
Dr. Baioni and his wife met during their freshman year at the University of Arkansas, and they married in 2018. Their first child, Brooks, was born in January of 2021. Outside of dentistry, his two biggest hobbies are anything related to Arkansas Razorback sports and duck hunting. As alumni, he and his wife try to make it to as many sporting events as possible, especially baseball games at Baum Stadium. Ever since middle school, hes loved going out on chilly mornings to hunt ducks with his dad and uncle as well. He cant wait to bring Brooks along with him one day!
Originally from Oklahoma, Randee attended Oklahoma State University for her bachelors degree. From there, she attended Dental Hygiene School at Missouri Southern State University. She spent her first year in the field as a dental assistant, and she is now proud to officially be a Registered Dental Hygienist! She joined our team in June 2021 after completing additional training in nitrous oxide and local anesthesia. Outside the office, she is a newlywed to her husband, Chris. Together, they enjoy spending time with their dog, Cooper, getting outside, playing co-ed softball, and watching movies.
