Dr. Barry K. Marcum obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky and completed a residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Florida. He has been in private practice since 1995.
Dr. Marcum is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, the Northern District Dental Society, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Georgia Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Eric D. Mobley has been in private practice since 1998. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Kentucky and completed his pediatric dental residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He was a fellow of pediatric dentistry in Dayton Children's Hospital.
Dr. Mobley is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the northern District Dental Society. He has taught and performed Pediatric Dentistry in multiple countries around the world. Working with the dentist and children from Northern Africa to Russia has been his passion for many years. He also has a special heart for the children of Haiti and loves working at the dental clinic in an orphanage in Ouanaminthe City, Haiti.
Dr. Kiersten J. Pannell grew up in Fayette County, and is an alum of Starrs Mill High School. She moved away to Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from Xavier University with a degree in Chemical Science, and minors in biochemistry and English. Dr. Pannell went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. She then received her certificate of pediatric dentistry from the University of Florida.

Dr. Marcum is an angel! He is a wonderful human being and an awesome dentist! As for Dr. Mobley ( I hope I spelled it correctly) He is great also. Please go nowhere else with your child. My son has Autism and he is treated so gently and always accomodate our needs. I wish I could find a dentist for myself with so much knowledge and expertise as them.

We had to take our 4 year old to the Peachtree City office 4 years ago, on a Saturday, and Dr. Mobley was the on-call dentist. Our daughter had fallen the evening before onto a set of rock steps, and banged her mouth, causing what we thought was one of her front teeth to be broken off at the gum line. We had never been to this dentist office before, and they told us to come on in. After arriving, we realized that Dr. Mobley had been headed to his family outing, but told us to come in anyway. He was/is such an amazing dentist. He made our daughter feel at ease as soon as he came in. Turns out the tooth was actually pushed into her gum, but being her baby teeth still, he said they would keep an eye on it to make sure he didn't need to remove it, and it cause any further damage. Long story shorter, 4 years later, she is now 8, and our son is 10, and they are both steady return patients for the Newnan office. We wouldn't trust our kids and their mouths to any other dentist office. Staff goes out of their way to be friendly and polite, and the entire nursing staff, including all the Dr.'s, and honest, caring folks. Great place!!!!!

My son will be a patient until he is too old. They are so great with him. I visited both the Newnan and Peachtree City offices and they are both so nice and gentle with the kids. They make it where he likes to go to the dentist. Also, they were able to calm my nerves as well. I am so pleased with them. They really care about the kids. I can't say enough good things.
