An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

The service provided here is excellent, my problem with them is the billing. I have called several times to dispute a bill for cleaning. I was told it was a mistake because they didn't have my insurance which was suppose to be sent to them from another dental office they are associated with. Now I have received a letter from a debt collector, and now receiving emails about paying the same bill that they told me it have been taken care of. How many times DO I HAVE TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. I guess they leaving me no choice but to take legal actions before they mess up my credit report. A frustrated patient

Money grab...Unethical business practices! I was billed for an "Oral Hygiene Instructions" charge of $95. What is this exactly? A medical professional talking to their patients about proper oral health? Isn't that just good ole bedside manners? Also, I was not given ALL the options for my care; only the options that cost the most. The lady "Shaun" that answers the phone is rude, with subtle sarcasm masked as condescending "professionalism". I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly before going here. The doctor, Shirley Lathon, and other staff were very nice, however!

I did not like my dental hygienist Taylor she lacks patience and her personality was very rude. When cleaning my teeth I had more water on my face and clothes than in my mouth. Last year I had Kathy or Katie can't remember the exact name but she was awesome. Taylor needs sensitivity training and to be more gentle when cleaning.

I have been here for many times. They do the dental services well. But scheduling the appointment is very very poor. Theircustomer service always says they can't schedule or can't fix the schedule and other team will call me to fix the appoitment. But they never called me again. No one can run to the facility to fix the appointment.

I heard about the superior service at this practice. Dr. Bryan was awesome. They took care of everything I wanted done. The hygenist was amazing and so were all of the staff members that I came into contact with. Thank you all so much for the positive experience.

Everyone was kind, but I have to say that I have been disappointed with lack of efficiency. I was not told upfront that my initial appointment as a new patient would be a consultation only. I made special arrangements to get off of work early and arrange childcare for a 3:00 appointment. I had X-rays, a hygienist assess my teeth, then a brief conversation with the doctor, then sat in my chair waiting for a VERY long time. It got to be 4:30, and I was escorted to the front desk to go over financials and to SCHEDULE MY CLEANING. Needless to say I was very disappointed, but was able to schedule another appointment for 2 weeks later. Today I got a call that this appointment must be rescheduled, so I now have a cleaning scheduled for 7 weeks from now. I will continue to go due to lack of other options on my insurance. But I will say that my old dentist would do X-rays, assessment, and cleaning in about an hour. I know things happen that cause delay sometimes, but this situation seems a bit extreme. I truly hope that my cleaning appointment is uneventful. I want to like this place and be established with a new dentist since my insurance changed!
