My wife had an extremely bad experience here. I can't believe that happened. How they treated patients is not acceptable. Dr Zou has mental disorder obviously and yelled to my wife and ask her to google it when she ask questions after the surgery.

I was extremely disappointed went to this doctor as a new patient, and the only reason I went to start with was because she speaks Chinese and seem to have good reviews on Google. Though her Yelp reviews were terrible and I should have trusted it. The office was extremely under staffed and the doctor didn't seem to care much about me when I mentioned all my past history suggested I need 4 times cleaning and both the doctor and the receptionist basically told me " well, your insurance only covers for twice so we will contact you in 6 months when time close", without making medical-need assessment beyond what insurance tells. I can't trust a doctor only do what insurance tells them. Overall, the doctor did not greet me as a new patient and the cleaning was extremely painful both from the hygienist and the doctor herself. Terrible experience, and I made the decision while in the clinic not to go back again.

Went for my 6 month cleaning - was a great experience, dentist and staff very nice. Make me feel comfortable and at ease. Everybody very nice. Thanks to all of you and see you in 6 months. Everybody was very friendly and the business was very clean. The dentist was professional and did a great job. The whole staff made me feel welcome. I actually look forward to my next appointment.

I had a horrible experience here. I had two wisdom teeth extracted here two years ago. I made an appointment at 9:00 in the morning that day, but I waited almost an hour to get in to test my teeth. The test took a lot of time. After an hour, I finally got better. I was given an offer to extract two teeth. It costs almost US$750, (including the cost of testing) I agreed, but I stayed there for a morning, and I told them that I need to go to eat. Come back, (because it will be difficult to eat after the tooth is extracted), but they said that you have to pay 100 dollars for the test to go. I paid 100 dollars. After eating, I pulled out two teeth and had two stitches. , The thread for stitching the wound was broken that night. The next day I called them and told them about my condition. They said this was normal. After a few days, the wound did not heal. I called them again and they told me to go there. After I passed, I received anesthetics and stitches again. Everyone who had the teeth knew that it was very painful, but they actually asked me to pay. I was very angry. They didn't treat the wound properly. I returned again, and they still need it. I pay, so I will never come back here again, including my relatives and friends.

I highly recommend this place, my experience with Dr. Zou is totally amazing. I did a wisdom tooth extraction surgery, Dr. Zou was able to personalize the process based on my condition. The entire process is smooth and painless, just like what they have claimed.

I hope there could be a 10 star option because I think this place deserves more. My experience with the Peachtree dental is definitely mind blowing. I had been told times over times that how horrible it could be for wisdom teeth extraction, but Dr.Zou proved me otherwise. What I really like are not just her skill, profession, and experience, but more importantly, the communication during my surgery, which actually made me way much relax and comfortable. The customer services are amazing, people are nice and able to deliver follow up call on time. I did my deep dental cleaning today, and the experience is amazing as well. I highly recommend the Peachtree dental as your first choice of dental care in DFW area, and I am very sure you won't be disappointed.

Yesterday I had two of my wisdom teeth removed here. The staff are very kind and the doctor is very professional. I didn't expect wisdom teeth to be removed so quickly and easy. I really recommend this Dental clinic.

I had great experience every time visiting Peachtree Dental! Dr. Zou and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I had my three wisdom teeth removed here with no pain and recovered very quickly following their instruction. I highly recommend this dental clinic to people in DFW area!

Her team is very professional. I visited this dental office twice during the COVID-19, once for extracting a wisdom tooth and a filling and once for regular cleaning. I didn't have any pain after the extraction. When she did the regular cleaning, she used the instrument first followed by a manual cleaning for each tooth. She spent much more time on this regular cleaning than other dentists I have ever visited. She is the best.

Dr. Zou and her team are very professional. She also has kind and nice personality. I visited Peachtree Dental two times during the pandemic, it was safe and clean. They followed strict disinfection policy to make sure every patient and themselves in a safe and comfortable place. A lot of thanks to them!
