I would give 0 or negative stars if I could...I want to start off by saying that my children are now grown and we have a fantastic dentist but I am still hearing horrific stories about this place so I wanted to talk about our experience...parents please stay far away from this place!!! I beg you!!! Any place that says you ycan not go back with your child is a huge RED FLAG!!! They yell at your children and when your children cry, they are told not to cry, they will have to start the procedure all over, and go in another room. The nurses are extremely rude. When I questioned why my children were crying even after simple cleanings, I got no answers and was told to go in another room so people at the counter couldn't hear my concerns. During one procedure my son (after we left) was basically groggy, tired, and disoriented until the next day! They saw nothing wrong with this. After speaking to other doctors, I am convinced my son got too much medication. When I called with my concerns, they said he would be fine and nothing was wrong. Throughout the years different dentists have literally had to fix the work that this awful place did. They do not know what they are doing and should definitely not be working around children. TRUST ME PLEASE AND STAT FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

The services that are given are efficient and clean, but the one thing that isn't great is the service. The people at the front desk are mostly kind when instructing where to go, but it's the people who do your teeth that are the problem. I went recently and the dentists were making fun of my teeth...in front of me. After the lady counted my teeth, she started joking with another dentist about how I had an extra tooth as if I wasn't there. On the bright side, there were a few dentists that are kind, which I really enjoy talking to. They make the experience a whole lot better. At the end of the day, they still do a great job at cleaning teeth and I've been going since I was young, and I'll continue to go anyway.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible horrible service. My son was referred to this location due to having a bad experience with getting a crown at his regular dentist office and needing sedation. His regular dentist provided all of his files and paperwork to this location for SEDATION referral and they still tried to go in and do the service without sedation. It did not go over well and they scheduled us for another appointment with sedation, 6 months out. So today they call me to cancel his appointment for renovations and refer me to their Duluth location. I call the Duluth location immediately and they tell me he can't be seen for another month and a half. This is an absolute joke at this point and I will not be doing business with them at all. Your service is trash, the work is trash, and you claim to care but if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, it's a freaking duck. 0/10 do not recommend. Take your children elsewhere.

The nurses were rude and they don't tell you the entire truth about what steps you need to do if your wisdom teeth are growing out. the nurses were making fun of a young child whilst I was there and I was a patient, they were making fun of the fact that the child hadn't gone to the dentist for a year, (what the heck) rude and unnecessary, beautiful place but horrible service and people working there. BESIDES the one dentist whom I don't remember the name of besides the fact he is a tall black man, only listen to him and him alone at this establishment.

"Very frustrated and disappointed!" My son was to have a procedure done this week; however, the doctor is no longer there. And I was not informed! Had I not called to "confirm" I would not have known this. My son has already waited more than 3mo to have this procedure.

If they weren't the ONLY pediatric dentist in town that's open more than 1 day a week, I would absolutely switch. The actual dental work completed is in line with expectations. However, the office staff is incapable of communicating anything from person to person or visit to visit. I called about a specific tooth that was bothering my daughter. Visit 1) they did a cleaning that nobody told me about and fixed no teeth, visit 2) the fixed a completely different tooth that wasn't bothering her (this was AFTER I confirmed which toothed was being worked on) and was told that the tooth that was bothering her was LAST on her plan for care. The nurse said she notated which tooth needed to be worked on next, visit 3) they had scheduled for different teeth the be worked on AGAIN. I sorted it out with the nurse who then quoted me for the WRONG TEETH when I tried to confirm the price change I expected. They called me in the middle of the procedure to tell me about the updated (higher) price. Honestly, the dentists actual work seems fine but the office staff and nurses make it impossible to conduct business effectively.

Appointment for my child to be sedated was scheduled no one mentioned a thing about her not eating hours prior to. I've had work and it's be like a 4 hour window anyway. I received 3 calls, on to schedule, confirm, and the hour before her scheduled appointment I was asked to come in earlier. We get here sit in a room for an hour before the anesthesiologist comes in and ask when she last ate before saying oh she has to be rescheduled. A WHOLE HOUR goes by and nothing. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I knew coming around 12 was questionable since most people are on lunch but this is their business. Best practices are not taken him and dragging my 3 month old out as well as her missing school is not in any way shape or form how I planned to spend my day.

THE WORST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Took my 17 year old son for a regular cleaning. We arrived early but they took him back 15 minutes late and after an hour I had to leave for work so I told my son to take a Lyft home - which he has done many times. He called me after the cleaning and told me that I had to come back and pick him up or they would not let him leave. Insane! He could have driven himself there anyway and I can't leave work because they were late! When I spoke with the office staff and doctor they told me they would call the police if I didn't come back and pick him up. RIDICULOUS!!!! Terrible policies in several areas, poor service, etc. Do not go here if you can avoid it.

The worst experience! My son is 17 and able to drive himself they would not let him leave the office totally awful experience I've never had a doctors office try and hold my child when they can drive! Do not ever go here! He's considered an adult and you're going to tell me he's not allowed to leave. I've never had any problems with him leaving a doctors office at 17 lol. Don't worry there's more! X-ray machine always down and don't get me started with them never calling you back about scheduling an appointment. It's funny when they made you sit in your car during Covid and I could leave to go shopping at target but now it's a problem! I don't think so. My advice stay away and if I could give 0 stars I would!

Never would I attend this office. Not allowing parents to even enter the building is absolutely the worst policy I have ever encountered. Sending a 3 year old in to strangers for an appt behind closed doors without a parent is illegal and this office should be sited for this policy they have in place!

UNBELIEVABLE ~ I just moved back to Georgia with my family from California. It did not take long to be reminded we are back in the South. We are a two dad household and this was our first visit to this office. After completing the paperwork, I was asked if I had guardianship papers on my son. I refused such request and asked who is asking for this? I was told the front office. A few minutes later a woman came out and asked me if my son was adopted and then requested my guardianship papers. Of course, I pushed back and refused to provide any paperwork. I was then informed that all adoptive parents are asked this question. Whatever... This entire experience felt like a slap in my face. We formed our family 10 years ago and I will not justify their bigotry with any paperwork. My family will not be returning!!! ** The few staff members I encountered were at least pleasant. If this is an office policy, its not their fault.

This is the worse dental office ever. Believe me this people's are evil. They even will charge $3 for a face mask before seeing your child. They have a fee for everything and extremely rude. Stay away.
