I would give 0 if I could! Have 4 children who have been patients for years at this location! One child in particular has bad allergies/asthma! They have tried to cancel his appt over a "cough" and we're extremely rude about me "knowing if my child was sick or not"! When I went in to complain I was told I shouldn't have been questioned like that and that I did not need to contact the pediatrician for a note saying it's ok to continue service! Went back for another appt today just to have my older children let me know the assistants/dentist were talking about my child's cough again and telling him not to cough on them! We were also harassed about being 11 minutes late when I was told as long as we were within 15 minutes of appt time we would be ok! They made sure to write notes on our next appt cards that our appts will be canceled if late again!! Way to treat patients of 10+ years!! We will gladly be cancelling those appts anyway and finding a dentist who actually knows how to treat children and wants the business!!

First and foremost, my daughter has been a patient here since she was 2 and half. She is now 7. I understand that they have safety measure in place for covid, but to not allow a parent to come inside is extreme, especially given the new CDC guidelines. Is this even ethical or legal? My 2 year old son is overdue for his first visit, and I have held off in hopes that they would revise their regulations, however, after calling this morning and being told no parent or guardian is allowed inside the building, it is evident they have no interest or desire to change these completely unreasonable practices. I will not allow my son to go to his FIRST dental visit unaccompanied. This could create an irreparable fear of the dentist. After all these years, it looks like I will be forced to switch practices...do better! Save yourself a trip...do not even bother calling for an appoinment. Go somewhere else!

(Translated by Google) I'm so uncomfortable because I have to leave my Son alone with them, I have to wait on my Car but they anyway check my temperature. It makes me feel uncomfortable leaving my son alone with them and me waiting in the car, even though they bumped my temperature without my consent. It should be our choice if we let him in alone. (Original) I'm so uncomfortable because I have to leave my Son alone with them, I have to wait on my Car but they anyways check me temperature. Me hace sentir incomoda tener que dejar a mi hijo solo con ellos y yo esperar en el carro, aunque ellos chocaron mi temperatura si mi consentimiento. Deberia ser nuestra opcion si lo dejamos entrar solos.

This is a PEDIATRIC office and it is unreasonable to have Covid policies in place that separate parents from their children. I'm not even sure how that would be legal when it comes to the treatment of minors.

Called to make an appointment. Was told due to their covid protocols that I would have to wait in the car while they took my kids in. I understand wearing a mask and having my temperature checked but there is no way I would ever let my children go without me or my wife.

Unethical treatment of patients, will be reporting! Mothers DO NOT let them take your babies from you and strap them to a board because they DONT WANT to let you in the back office! Please know you rights, you are most certainly allowed to watch any medical procedures done to you minor child regardless of the situation. It creates unnecessary fears, trust issues, and possibly other problems in small children to not allow a trusted adult to be with them during something so simple. Just because you have State insurance does not mean your child deserves anything less than the best treatment!

My children are patients here and I can't even get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment for my 4 and 5 year old. I have left at least 15 messages with no call back. It's extremely frustrating when your child needs dental care and no one cares to return a phone call.

They are not allowing parents to come in with their children. I would understand that for a 10 year old but they were going to do a dental work (not just a check up) on my 14 month old baby without me present. Would not come back here ever again if you paid me.

DO NOT recommend. Called to make a new patient appointment for my 2 year old. They told me i would have to wait in the car while they treated my 2 year old. He is a minor and i will not allow them to treat my son alone with a bunch of strangers which I'm not even able to meet since I'm not even allowed inside. All the specialist my son has been to recently i was never asked to leave my son alone in a building with staff. One parent by law to accompany a minor.

First off I was told that I could come in, get here and was told no that I couldn't. I DO NOT like the fact that you can not come in with your child. She told me that she didn't know who told me that but they weren't allowing it at the moment. My child is 6 and hates the dentist! I told them that they will come get me if she starts to freak out and they told me they would stop the Procedure. Ah haha. You will come get me and finish. You will not start work on my child and her be in pain. No thank you.

Despite my kids being patients for several years, the new covid policy states parents are NOT ALLOWED to even go into the building with their young children!! They think I'm suppose to send my kids into a building unacompanied, let them get drugged, rendering them nearly unconscious, have zero clue what is happening to them, opening them up to all kinds of opportunity for abus and I'm just suppose to be A-Ok with it?? Yeah, NO. This is not ok. Whoever deemed this acceptable needs to be fired and reported to the board. Or as a max, just be shut down all together.
