DO NOT GO HERE. Ever since Dr.Dennis left, the place has seriously gone downhill. Not only did my cleaning appointment take over two hours, the new...very arrogant and pompous dentist told me I had 7 cavities. Upon a second opinion, I only had two. She flat out lied and drew up some exorbitant treatment plan. When I asked them to send my x-rays, they purposely sent them in a distorted fashion. They were useless. They are unethical.

DO NOT GO HERE.The rating are fake. Dr Tina Champion was she told me I need a root canal so I got one but after my root canal she said me tooth is cracked so there is nothing they can do, I payed almost $4000 and revived a temporary tooth with a whole lot of pain. They didn't even try to take care of me. They make it look like its her fault. And also she's not there anymore. They are making it look like she's gone & they can't do anything. I will be reporting her and this practice.

At first, they had good service, but then they began to cancel and postpone appointments (4 times) as if I were sitting at home waiting for them to assist me. Poor customer service!

This place is a mess on the front end. Unprofessional and act like your the problem when you voice concerns. Went in for a general teeth cleaning that is covered by my insurance when I got there it turned out to be an out of pocket expense I had no idea about. All that was necessary was to tell me what they would be doing so I could have been prepared. Wasted my valuable time and gas and never going back. Do better.

A literal nightmare. Do not come here. I made a new patient appointment here wanting to get my teeth cleaned. After being there for over 2 hours, I had my teeth x-rayed (which took over 30 minutes because the person didn't know what she was doing and had to retake each side over 10 times) and looked at by the dentist only because I had to leave. The dentist quoted me for hundreds of dollars for dental work, including multiple fillings and multiple crowns. I didn't think it was right so I went to a different dentist, and that office told me I didn't need ANY work done. I then got a bill in the mail for this place for over a $100 which is odd because normally my insurance covers my dental work 100%. I've tried calling them and emailing them multiple times so I can pay my bill (they don't even have an online portal to pay), and no one answers. Do not go here.

DO NOT GO HERE. Would give this place zero stars if possible. Dr Tina Champion was filling in for the one dentist listed on the website (who got good reviews) that I expected to see. Long story short, she told me I had 3 cavities without taking x-rays- I was a little suspicious of her long treatment plan when I had gone to a dentist 6 months before that and been fine, so I went for a second opinion: I have ZERO CAVITIES. She took advantage of my naivety as a student with dental insurance, and I almost let her drill my perfectly healthy teeth. What painful, unnecessary things she would have done to my teeth I am afraid to think about. She is entirely fraudulent and I will be reporting her and this practice to my insurance company so nobody has to go through this.

I'll leave my five star review in place below to highlight what a difference 3 years makes. Dr Dennis is on medical leave. Dentist filling in (the one I saw at least) evidently not invested in the practice's friendly reputation. "Examination" took all of 7 minutes followed by a referral. My teeth cleaning was 2 weeks ago and since no dentist was available to see me at the time, I was asked to return. Appt time was changed from 4pm to 11am but still had to wait an additional 40 minutes to be called back. A patient who was in the office when I arrived had to be removed from the property by the police. I'll consider returning when Dentist Dennis is once more available. ***** (3 yrs ago) Caring, professional staff with a commitment to your mouth. They make me smile.

Since the business has been sold I'm no longer happy with the service I received. I went for a cleaning that normally takes an 1hr from beginning to end but I was there for 2.5 hrs. Then I was told I had all these issues with my teeth that I was unaware of. By the time I left I had a total over $7k in recommended dental procedures. Dr. Dennis was great but she did her patient's a disservice of leaving us with this new staff, that overcharges for everything. I'm disappointed. Also, I returned for a filling and my mouth stayed numb for several hours after my procedure, never experienced anything like this. Ridiculous, I should have gone with my gut and looked elsewhere. Then I received a bill asking for more money for the filing I received. I paid what was due at the time of my procedure so when I received bill I was highly upset. I will never return to this practice. No longer a great practice...

Used to be great, but seems like new ownership has taken over and things have gone way downhill. My appointment has already been rescheduled by them twice, and then one day before my appointment tomorrow they called me to let me know they need to reschedule again. I've already taken off work tomorrow, so not only will I lose my wages the day, but I won't even have my scheduled appointment. At this point, I obviously need to take my business elsewhere. Heed this advice, and steer clear of this shoddy establishment...

Maybe this was a good practice when Dr. Kelle Dennis was there but this is no longer the case. I don't know the dentist's name because she failed to introduce herself. She did say she is a cosmetic specialist. The negative posts here are all similar to my experience. I went in for a cleaning and the dentist came up with over $6K of recommendations, and proceeded to try to schedule everything except the cleaning. The cleaning that was done by their "contracted" specialist was subpar so I have to have it redone elsewhere. To add insult to injury, they over billed me when the insurance company had paid them, and they have yet to refund the overpayment. Trust the reviews. Don't take chances with your dental health.

I had to revise my 5 star review from a few years ago. Dr. Dennis who I liked a lot is apparently no longer there and the staff seems to be completely different as well. Upon check in I was presented with a treatment plan and required to pay $29. Which was interesting because my insurance covers 100% of routine cleanings . I didn't think anything of it and just paid the money and sat down . My appointment was at 3:30pm the other day, and I wasn't taken back till 4:30pm. I was actually getting up to walk out when they called me back. Not once during my wait did they apologize for the length of my wait time. When I finally got back to a chair they finally apologized and said "thank you were so sorry we had an emergency". Ok cool. I said "it's ok I was about to walk out and reschedule as I have somewhere to be at 5:30. My hygienist said "we better get to work then". While the staff once I got to the back was extremely nic, accommodating, and apologetic, the good ends here. I sat in the chair for over two hours and got what I deemed to be a subpar cleaning that I am now paying out-of-pocket at another dentist to get taken care of. The hygienist took almost 45 min to scale my teeth because she kept getting up and forgetting things. She was new. She was extremely nice and friendly to talk to however horribly on organized and I am not sure if she knew exactly what she was doing. After approximately 45 minutes she got up and told me I had to come in for a 360deg x-ray which I had done last year. She then sits me back down in the chair and proceeds to take another 45 minutes to polish my teeth. When the doctor did finally arrive she took one look at my mouth and in three minutes told me I needed three fillings and a crown, and before she completed her exam found it necessary to schedule an appointment for me to come in to complete all the work. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed in my experience at the new Peach Valley Dental and will unfortunately have to look for a new dental office. I will be seeking a second opinion before proceeding with any of the work the dentist recommended just based on the fact that it was a subpar cleaning in my experience. They also had me buy a $28 paste to remineralize my teeth and said when I come back for the work to get impressions for a bite splint. Just awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. I won't be back

I don't usually write reviews but when you've experience bad service you tend to try and help others avoid the same. My appointment has been rescheduled too many times with this office due to their inconveniences. My original appt was schedule early March but due to the hygienist being out 2 weeks (as if they don't have more than 1) I had to reschedule for end of March. End of march comes and apparently a "new staff" member booked me for a 9 am appointment (even though it was the same person) when they don't take clients until 10 am on Thursdays. So the only viable option I had was to wait until end of April. Which I chose not too and will be finding a new dentist on top of many other reason.

UPDATE: The practice was recently sold and there is a different vibe with the new management. I felt like everything was an upsell. No longer the "family dentist" I initially sought out. My rating has changed to reflect this. Always a great experience from beginning to end. The office is clean, Dr. Dennis and her staff are knowledgeable and engaging, and you just can't go wrong. They are family at this point!! Kudos
