I took my kids to Peach Tree for Kids today. They wouldn't let me go back with my kids. After the cleanings I was given an appointment card for procedures and an antibiotic prescription without any explanation. After a LOT of questions, I finally found out one of my kids has an abscess, one needs 2 fillings and a root canal (all in baby teeth). How could the decay be so bad when he had zero cavities at his appointment 6 months ago? I'm thinking they missed it at his last appt. My 3rd kid I never even found out what hers was for. She said either she has a cavity or a filling fell out? I never even saw the dentist at all, let alone spoke to him. So frustrated and confused right now. This is our 3rd cleaning (plus a procedural appointment) and I still don't know the dentist's name or what he looks like.

My son received service yesterday afternoon for a chipped tooth, it just felt off right after leaving the office I been calling all morning and nobody answer bad service, and horrible customer service ugh

My 11yo son has autism. The hygienist and dentist was more than flexible and accommodating! He didn't want to be in the chair? No issue. They provided services from a regular chair. He didn't want to let them in his mouth? I bit of coaxing from me and distracting with our iPad and he started to comply. They worked around and with us!! At every turn both the hygienist and dentist maintained a bedside manner that was understanding of sensory and personal space issues we battle. I -- as a father of the special needs patient -- am VERY happy with the services we received.

I love peachtree dental! They're good at keeping you updated with 6 months checkups . Anytime my daughter complains about her teeth hurting , Peach Tree Dental always me bring my daughter right on in. Within 4/5 months after my 9 year old daughter's checkups she starts to ask when is her next dentist appt. She also love them. I'm so excited and ready for my 1 year daughter's first appointment.

Absolutely love this place, they are very professional and sweet. They are very patient when it comes to my 3 year old who is scared of the dentist.
