Dr. Nikki is a general dentist who graduated from North Allegheny HS, Case Western Reserve University, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. At Case she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a founding member of the Case Womens Lacrosse Team. She was team Captain during their inaugural season where they went on to become WCLL division 2 regional champions. She also served in the Pre-Dental Society in different positions including Outreach Chair and President. In her spare time, she enjoys watching Pittsburgh sports and Netflix, reading, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Ian started at Peace Dental two years ago as a general dentist, although he has been hanging around the office for the last twenty eighth years. Ian graduated from North Allegheny HS, Case Western Reserve University, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. At Case he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. At Case Ian was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity and of the Pre-dental society and had a number of leadership roles in both organizations. Ian was a lacrosse player in high school but now enjoys working out and lifting in the gym he built in the basement of the dental office.

Dr. Josh is a general dentist who graduated from Westmont Hilltop HS in Johnstown, the University of Maryland, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. At Maryland, he graduated with a degree in Biology as a student-athlete, competing on the varsity Wrestling Team for four years. He earned a team ACC Championship title in 2012 and was a two-time All-Academic team member. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, golfing, being outdoors, watching sports, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog Hank.

Donna is our part time registered dental hygienist and has been with Peace Dental since 2003. Donna brings over 30 years of dental experience to our office. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Dental Hygiene School in 1986, is CPR certified and licensed to administer local anesthesia. Donnas focus has always been on providing great patient care and the best professional service.

Sherri graduated from Westminster College in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Biology only then to go on to pursue a career in dental hygiene at the University of Pittsburgh. She has had the privilege of watching Peace Dental grow exponentially as she worked as an assistant while in high school and now works as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Sherri loves her job and enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and working with children. She currently resides in Shaler with her husband, Brandon and their four children, Nellie, Emmie, Samuel & Mollie.

A West Virginia native, Ellie completed her Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University in 2019. After moving to Pittsburgh Ellie joined Peace Dental full time in September 2020. She enjoys working in the positive and welcoming environment that the office provides! Brunching with friends, traveling, kayaking and hiking with her dog, Sully are some of her favorite pastimes. Going forward, Ellie plans to continue her career and furthering her knowledge with Peace Dental.

Mary Ann is a certified dental assistant with over 20 years experience in the field. She has been a part of the Peace Dental Team since 2004. Mary Ann loves seeing the smiles and satisfaction on our patients faces when weve given them a new smile, resolved their pain, or improved their self image. She truly appreciates the genuine care and concern our doctors hold themselves to, and how it is reflected in the quality of work they provide.

Alyson is an Expanded Function Dental Assistant who graduated from Punxsutawney Area High School. She also attended Bradford School of Business, where she earned an associate degree. Aly began her career in the dental field in 2014 and joined the team at Peace Dental in 2018. In her free time, Alyson enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.

Lauren is one of our full-time Expanded Function Dental Assistants. Laurenis a native of Johnstown, PA where she graduated from Richland HighSchool before attending Bradford to obtain her associates degree as anEFDA. Besides enjoying helping patients feel comfortable with proceduresand learning new dental technology to share, Lauren loves attending musicfestivals and her favorite is Dave Matthews Band. Lauren spends lots oftime outside of work with family & enjoys her time with nephew, Oliver.She also likes traveling & one of her favorite places is Salt Lake City whereshe visits her brother as often as possible.

Kasey is one of our full-time Expanded Function Dental Assistants. She has been with our office since September 2020. Kasey graduated from Bradford School in 2017 with her EFDA degree. Kasey is a very busy Mom to her beautiful little girl, Letty & her favorite fur baby Sloan & enjoys spending free time with her Fianc, Colton. When Kasey isnt at work, she loves spending time watching Letty grow & her weekends are spent at the car races cheering on her brother & Fianc. As you can tell, family is Kaseys main priority, but she also loves to shop & her dream is to adopt all the dogs in the world, so they are loved and have a forever home. Kasey says that her favorite part of her job is being able to make a difference in peoples lives, whether its transforming someones smile or creating a good experience for them to help relieve any dental anxiety.

Alyssa is one of our part-time assistants and has been with our office since August 2019. Alyssa is currently a Junior at Shaler High School & lives in Etna with her Mom & two siblings, Dominic & Danielle. Alyssa is currently attending Beattie Tech studying Dental Assisting and plans on continuing to get her EFDA degree after she graduates from Shaler. When Alyssa is not studying and working, she loves to dance and is currently taking class for acrobatics, baton & hip-hop. Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being able to learn and apply what she is learning here at Peace Dental.

Dani is one of our part-time assistants and she has been with our office since July 2020. Dani is currently a senior at Shaler High School & is interested in pursuing a career in the dental field after graduation. Dani lives in Etna with her Mom & two siblings, Dominic & Alyssa and enjoys spending time with family & friends. Dani keeps herself very busy between school, studies, & working here in the evenings & weekends. Dani says her hobbies right now include kick-boxing, learning as much as she can about the dental field & of course, enjoying fun activities with her friends as a Senior in high school.

Stephanie has been working at the front desk since December 2020. Stephanie and her husband Peter live in Hampton with their rambunctious cat Simba. She graduated from Hampton High School & then went to the Career Training Academy for her Dental Assisting degree. Although Stephanie has worked as a Dental Assistant shes advancing her dental knowledge by working the front desk. In her free time, Stephanie & Peter like to spend time with their friends & family.

Nora closed her law office that she had in Shaler for 14 years to take a full-time position at PNC Wealth Management in 2006 and worked there for seven years. She retired from PNC to help out with Peace Dental as their business development coordinator. Nora has since re-opened her law practice and enjoys helping in her community. She feels particularly blessed to have been able to help on the working board of the Midwife Center for Birth and Womens Health and the Mid Atlantic Milk Bank. She is currently a board member of North Hills Community Outreach. She also created the SWAP dental Facebook page in 2015 to help the Dental Community of Southwestern Pennsylvania to connect to each other. She and Dr. Peace are busy with their five children and nine grandchildren and all their activities.

Montre has been with our office since 2005. She started here as a part-time employee helping with the bookkeeping and accounts payable before becoming our full-time Office Manager. Basically, Montre helps to keep our office running as smoothly as possible! Montre and her husband, Dave, have three children and five grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and traveling to her vacation camp in Erie, PA, where she loves to golf.

Jerilynn brings a wealth of customer service experience to Peace Dental with 20+ years of customer service experience in office administration, dental insurance billing and dental claims resolution. She joined our team as a part time Front Desk Coordinator in 2020 while working part time as a DA and Office Manager at another office. We are delighted to now have Jerilynn full time at Peace Dental as our Insurance Coordinator.

She handles insurance claims and audits payments to ensure proper processing of your dental benefits. She enjoys helping our patients get the most out of their insurance coverage and is here to answer any questions you may have about your insurance benefits. Jerilynn also helps our practice to run smoothly and efficiently by ensuring our team is equipped to best serve our patients and their families.

Jerilynn resides in Springdale with her fianc, Rodney, she has 1 son Logan who resides in Utah. Outside the office, Jerilynn enjoys traveling, biking, reading, being outdoors, spending time on their fishing boat and spending time with her family. Her dream is to one day retire and live in a warmer climate but until then she plans to keep enjoying life and working at Peace Dental.

Dr. Arnold Peace is passionate about his desire to do the best he can, regardless of the situation. He enjoys the challenges that dentistry provides and strives to find the best possible solution for each patients dental health. Dr. Peace loves the relationships hes made with his patients and his team over the past two and a half decades and looks forward to many more years of creating beautiful, healthy smiles in the Glenshaw community.

Dr. Peace earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University and continued on to the University of Pittsburgh where he completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. In the past 25 years, Dr. Peace has continued to update his education, not only in aspects of clinical excellence, but in practice management and team development as well.

Dr. Peace has assembled a group of people who work together as a team to provide the best patient experience possible. Each person plays an integral role in making sure nothing slips through the cracks, and the friendships theyve nurtured extend far beyond the office.

Dr. Peace grew up between the town of DuBois and Punxsutawney, PA in a small farming community called Paradise. He is one of six children and spent his childhood working on his parents and grandparents farms, as well as in his fathers garage. He loved building his own bikes and wagons in the garage, wrecking them, and starting all over again. Despite more than a few broken bones, Dr. Peace remembers his childhood fondly.

It may come as no surprise that when Dr. Peace is not working on teeth, he is working on cars. His current projects are a 1968 Firebird and a 1976 Jaguar. He also enjoys stonework and has completed some great flagstone projects around his house with little, to no help, from his best buddy, Poco. Patients get to see some of his carving projects in the Christmas Room Operatory.

Dr. Peace and his wife, Nora, moved to the Pittsburgh area in 1989 when she returned to law school. They moved to McCandless Township in 1993 and have lived there with their five children, Ryan, Jeremy, Justin, Ian, and Nikki, ever since. Dr. Peace and his wife are empty nesters but already have five grandchildren and are having a blast with these returnable rug rats!
