My daughter and I both got our braces here. Agree with the other posts, scheduling is always months out. I had my bottom retainer come unglued from one tooth so the wire was exposed and poking at my tongue.... Couldn't fit me in for 6 WEEKS! By that point my retainer would have been completely broken off. Went to another orthodontist that fit me in the next day... very disappointing.

We looked for a local ortho that was close but this location(Saratoga Springs) is only open a few days a week. My sons brackets keep falling off and we can't get back in for at least 2 weeks to fix each time and then they tell us we need to come in right away when brackets come off ? Poor customer service and never open. We see the orthodontist for probably 5 seconds (if at all) and they talk super fast and move to the next person. Poor communication overall.

I reccomend Payne Orthodontics. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. Dr Payne does a great job evaluating and carring out the plan for his patients. He is nice and easy to work with. My teeth look great. Julie

Our experience with Payne has been great. We have 3 kids in braces with them, 2 that just got them off and we couldn't be happier. They have been great to work with. Staff and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Payne and staff are always friendly and caring. Dr Payne and Dr Streiff take the time to check and make sure everything is going as planned with the full braces process

Overall great experience. Loved the staff and doctors. My son's teeth look amazing and I am happy they provide a permanent retainer.

Dr. Payne is an amazing Orthodontist! Very professional and personable at the same time. I was taken care of by Jordyn Anderson who made sure I was taken care of and is very caring of her patients. All in all the office is ran very professionally and I would recommend them over any other orthodontists office.

If you can't schedule your routine appointments it doesn't matter how good the orthodontist is! We've paid up front for treatment for two of our kids and they were happy to get us in for the start of the treatment. Now they have the money. We're told to get an appointment 6-8 weeks out but after repeated calls to the receptionist no such appointment exists. Currently trying to come up with a way out to another practice without losing the money.

Dr Streiff was always so friendly to me and my son. He answered any questions we had and took great care of my sons teeth! They look beautiful and were so straight. Love that they can finish his retainers in the same day as taking off his braces. Great experience!

This place would have gotten 5 stars a few years ago- as my experience has been great once we've actually been in the office. Making an appointment is a completely different story. They have completely over extended themselves- as I just tried to make 2 appts for my kids- 2 months out!!!! The sheer fact of no appointments- and extending treatment out past the date they told us- gets extremely frustrating. I doubt this review will change anything- but I have left it, in hopes this business will put the greed aside- and recognize they need to care for the patients they have- or hire an additional orthodontist, considering they have three locations.
