I had an excellent experience with Dr. Payne and his staff. From scheduling at my convenience to sorting out my two insurances to handling dry socket after my extraction, it was all perfect. Dr. Payne is caring and compassionate and his staff really go out of their way to be helpful. Its an excellent practice and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Payne and his entire staff at both his Stockton and Lodi office were nothing short of amazing! Today I finished my dental implant journey and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They are very nice people, from start to finish. Everyone seems relaxed and like they have done this millions of times which gives you comfort from the anxiety of getting a procedure done. I had a wisdom tooth pulled today, sorry if i get your name wrong but i believe it was Sherri. She was very nice and pleasant to deal with post surgery. Thanks again!!

Due to a gum infection I had to make an emergency appointment with Dr Jeffery Payne. He is very reassuring and very helpful.

Just had my second surgical tooth extraction. I've always been terrified of Dentists, sometimes to the point where I have to calm myself down before I go in. But not with Doctor Payne. My two visits with Dr. Payne have been the smoothest experiences that I've had in a dental office in a very long time. The staff was genuinely kind and courteous. He made a point to follow up on how I was doing a couple hours after surgery, and when I didn't answer the phone, he called back again later on the same day making sure that I was ok.

HORRIBLE place. Won't let parents back with their children. Nurses are EXTREMELY rude. Would not recommend to any parents.
