I didn't have a good experience at this place. I went here to close 4 gaps I had on my teeth. First, of all the Dentist (owner) told me on the consultation day my process was going to be 6 months the shortest and 9 months the longest. Within days of getting the braces I had 2 new gaps on my lower teeth created by the braces. I called them and they told me it was normal and those gaps were going to close too. On the 3rd month I told the dentist I didn't see any progress on my teeth. He told me everything looked fine. On the sixth month I told the Dentist it has been 6 month and I do not see any results. He showed me the computer and told me my process was going to be 12 to 18 months long. I immediately told him, when I came for consultation you clearly told me 6 to 9 months and even calculated the amount of money I was going to pay. This is very unethical and unprofessional telling the patient a time when they go for consultation and putting double the time in the computer. If you ever go to this place record what the Dentist tells you during consultation. After wearing the braces for almost 8 months and without seen the results I was looking for I asked them to take the braces off. It seems that money is more important the customer's satisfaction at this place. There were almost 3 or 4 months that I went for adjustment and the only thing they did was changing the color of the elastic ties. I can do that on my own and save the 75 dollars they charge monthly. Sometimes cheap comes with high disappointment Whoever responds to all reviews with nasty attitude, learn to read first before saying things that were never written in the reviews. Read carefully before coming with your nasty responses. I know what I am talking about I don't need to lie for any reason but you have to to keep your place open. I do have clues of the 3 or 4 time I spoke with the dentist. Lies has short legs.

I plan on coming here because I have a gap and a overbite I have been looking for a reasonable price online for months I'm very insecure about my smile and always wear a mask but hopefully soon I will come here and get it done thanks for being a affordable orthodontist.

The lines are just long so ensure you get there exactly when they open because it's first come first serve and they don't accept cards only cash.

The price doesn't sound bad but the attitude is so outrageous so sad they'd dont understand how much better they business would be if they had better customer service please work on that because you have people like me that have no problem with tussling AT ALL and getting this place CLOSED!!

Long lines. They never answer phones. Psycho woman yells outside The doctor though is really good. He's a really nice guy and very insightful.

This place seem illegal .. it's sad how the mayor of Queens allow these businesses to flourish with out being properly checked.. must be a " help your own people out " type of situation

Just reading how this company reply to reviews is so unprofessional. I would want them to touch my teeth, might be a great price, but customer service really shows how this company feels.

Do not destroy your teeth here. First of all, they put my braces on without even taking x-ray. Girls who are changing wires are wearing long nails and hurting your gums with them. You stay hours in the line during winter time. The lady at front desk is always rude on the phone. In the long run you will end up paying more. And also they accept just cash. Unfortunately I didn't see all bad reviews before going there. When I asked them to take my braces off I had to pay for that too, of course. They left on my teeth a lot of glue so I had to go somewhere else and get it fixed. Find a reputable orthodontist and don't waste your time and money here.

My daughter recently finished her treatment and we are more than happy and pleased with how it turned out. The doctor and staff are amazing, they were always very helpful. The place is more than beautiful and clean, I highly recommend this place to everyone who needs braces.

This place is horrible DO NOT GO HERE ! Yes it's very cheap and convenient but it's not worth it ! You'll eventually have to fix your teeth all over again at a REAL orthodontist office. Sometimes cheap is not good you get what you pay for ! This is a fast quick fix place they don't really look at your teeth you just come in and get your wires change that's all. I had my braces for over 3 years and no change NOTHING my gums are so bad now and I floss everyday and I get my teeth clean every 3-4 months this place messed my teeth up now I have to go to a REAL orthodontist ! I will definitely be reporting you guys to the board of health you people need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY

This place is amazing no credit checks and I see a big change in my teeth. The price is amazing. The only bad thing about it is there's a long wait outside , if you don't get 10-15 minutes before they open at 1pm.

I take my kids here every month, because its very clean and professional. The secretary is very nice and answers all my questions and the doctor does too! Assistants are kind and change the elastics fast. They speak Spanish too

Hi I've never been here but I have a question. My retainers broke out of nowhere and with my other otho I need to pay $700 for new ones. My question is do you guys make retainers? and if so do you make them for cheap or whats the price range?

I came here 2 years ago, and the doctor already took them off. Such a cheap price but high quality. The doctor and staff are amazing and finish my adjustment in less than 20 min. The place is so clean and beautiful there, after every patient they clean everything and make sure its sanitary. This was a big plus for me because cleaning is key especially during COVID-19 times. I recommend to everyone and all my friends.

At first I liked the place on 74street and I was told it would take 2 years for my gaps to close no it took 5 years. But after one of the dentist assistant broke one of my button teeth while taking of the glue off. I was super upset of that which was fix with bonding but who's know how long is that good for. They gave me the retainer without any problem. But years later I have problems with my gums and I do floss. I went to my dentist he said the retainer are covering my gums and that putting pressure on them causing to bleed. About few months ago I called the office the Receptionist answers so quickly I told her what the problem and just jump in Conclusion I don't floss without hearing me and also saying I need to put braces back on in order to get new retainer. Also very rude of her part saying they no longer in Queens and that was a lie.
