This place is very nice and the braces are at affordable prices but with the amount of people that come here, with it being open only one day a week and with Covid they really should work on doing it by appointment. That way nobody stays over an hour waiting and don't have to wait outside in the cold to go in because there's always a line

Just walked out of here for my consultation. No social distance and the waiting area was full. Big sign cash only. I plan to pay with my FSA or HSA. Biggest walk out was they don't appear to be managing appointments as is necessary in 2020.

There is a reason this place is so cheap. I had a very negative experience They have the worst customer service The first appointment I waited an hour and a half, two other times they were closed without letting me know, and today I waited over two hours without being attended. They don't seem very professional, the doctors seem very young and clueless, and I wish I didn't make the mistake of bringing my daughter here. I recommend to look for another normal office with legitimate appointments and doctors who offer financial help and different payment options.
