The team at Paxton Family Dental is friendly and concerned about their patient's needs. When you call or arrive at our office you will be greeted by Caryn and Jerilyn. They will handle all your new patient paperwork, and insurance needs. In the back you will be greeted by our licensed dental Hygienists Whitney, Michelle and Faith. One of these ladies will take your x-rays, clean your teeth and discuss your treatment needs after Dr. Lee or Dr. Son completes your exam.
If you need any restorative treatment, you will work together with Jerilyn and Caryn to provide you with a treatment plan for your services. When you arrive for your treatment with Dr. Lee or Dr. Son, you will be greeted by the dental assistant Stephanie, who works chair-side with doctor. Stephanie will discuss your treatment, provide post op instructions, and address any further questions you may have.

I'm very satisfied with Paxton Family Dental. I enjoy their newly remodeled office. After my teeth cleaning, the hygienist explained everything she found and the dentist did the same after his examination. I was also in and out in a very timely manner.

Love this place for us! My 3 y/o had her first appointment the other day and after watching her 6 y/o sister she did so well. She was calm (went in being extremely nervous) but the ladies here are so good at talking with them, talking them through it as they go and just really made a difference! I love when you have personable people in this kind of workplace. Makes a huge difference. My girls now LOVE going from reception, hygienists to the Dr 5 stars for sure!

Very professional. Very friendly. They give you a print out of what needs to be done and explain why and it shows estimated costs for each procedure. Best teeth cleaning I've ever had. 5 stars plus then some.

Definitely do not recommend this practice. I've never had a worse experience with any practice. They do not guarantee their work-which I'm actually fine with. If they couldn't get it right the first time what makes me think they could fix it. I've moved on and have a much more competent practice and absolutely feel that way. Let me urge a very strong caution here-if they are recommending you use a dental guard and you don't-that's their work around to not guarantee their work. I had a crown chip on the inside of my tooth. The crown is within two years old. They claim my not using the guard is what caused the crown to break. My previous dentist never required a guard. My new dentist is not recommending a guard. And I'm getting a different crown and the one they screwed up fixed and still no guard recommendation. Again-I'm glad I've moved on and I won't look back. Like I said-I'm really glad they didn't guarantee their work because it is shoddy-and in my own personal opinion a very shady practice. I'm only trying to save you some heartache down the road-believe me or not it's not going to do anything to me. Just be on guard and ask plenty of questions. And if you find they recommend a ton of their patients use dental guards at night-ask yourself why???
