A graduate from Worcester State College and Tufts University, Dr. Scott Siemen is a well renowned and skilled professional in the field of dentistry. He is a firm believer in developing and maintaining good relationships with his clients by being honest and providing the best possible dental care.
With over 25 plus years of experience in the field, Dr. Siemen established the Paxton Dental Care center with the vision of creating a relaxing and dental anxiety-free environment for his patients. His areas of specialty include porcelain veneers and cosmetic bonding, bite problems, advanced tooth wear, one-visit CEREC crowns, and sedation dentistry.

Dr. Scott Siemen, DMD completed his undergraduate degree at Worcester State College, graduating with a BS in Mathematics in 1985. Following in his grandfathers steps, he pursued dentistry, and graduated from Tufts University in 1990. Dr. Siemen continued his education by studying facially generated treatment planning, occlusion in clinical practice, restorative design, treating worn dentition, and creating esthetic excellence at Spear Education. At the Dawson Center, he studied the diagnosis and treatment of masticatory problems and treatment of temporo maudibular dysfunction. He was also a faculty member at Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, where he taught the dental hygienist program. After working in several dental practices in Maine, Dr. Siemen established Paxton Dental Care in 1992, with the goal of creating a comfortable, anxiety-free environment for his patients. Dr. Siemen strives for honesty and communication in all aspects of dentistry, and believes that forming deep connections with his patients is the best way to provide the highest quality care. Dr. Siemens specialties include porcelain veneers and cosmetic bonding, bite problems, advanced tooth wear, one-visit CEREC crowns, and sedation dentistry. He is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and the American Dental Association. Dr. Siemen has many interests outside of dentistry, and he especially enjoys outdoor activities, including camping, canoeing, soccer, and fly-fishing. He and his wife Katie have four children. They have a strong commitment to their family and friends.
Heather Siciliano wants to make a positive impact on peoples lives. Thats what gets her up every morning, and why she is so passionate about her work. Ever since she was young, she knew she wanted to work in healthcare. Her personal philosophy has always been to work hard, knowing that with hard work you can get what you want. She graduated from Mount Wachusett College with an Associates in Human Services. Since then, she has been working in the dental field, and it has become her passion. Heathers goal at Paxton Dental Care is to provide her patients with excellent care, support them, and help them understand the importance of oral hygiene. Outside of work, Heather enjoys playing hockey and being outdoors. She lives in Rutland with her husband and young daughter. She thinks of Paxton Dental Care as her second home, with her co-workers and patients like her second family.
Julie has always been interested in the healthcare field and helping others. So, when the opportunity arose to join the dedicated staff at Paxton Dental Care, she knew it was exactly the place she was meant to be. The most rewarding part of Julies work at Paxton is getting to know Dr. Siemens wonderful patients. She also loves being a member of a team who all genuinely enjoy what they do and care about patients wellbeing. Julie feels that every patient deserves top quality care, and she values being part of a practice that provides exactly that. In her down time, you can find Julie spending time with her husband of more that 20 years, Ray, and her son, Tyler. She loves watching him race motocross and cheering him on! Julie is also a crafter, and shes particularly fond of candle making.
