If you want to feel like you're a bother to the dentist, go here. This doctor has zero patience and huff and puffs when you are legitimately uncomfortable instead of talking you through whatever she's doing. She and her staff are absolutely rude. No one should be made to feel like they're a nuisance at the dentist when it's bad enough it's a stressful place to be in. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. If I get a response saying I'm not in their system all I have to say is, it's obvious I'm not since this isn't my real name ;).

I visited this dentist office 2 years ago because I was experiencing intense pain in my tooth. I was given x-rays that I was told didn't come out perfectly but they said they could tell there was nothing wrong with my tooth. Probably just bruising. I got a pretty strong impression from her that she thought I was just trying to get a prescription for pain killers. I asked if there was any other reason my tooth would be hurting so bad and she told me that if something more serious than bruising had happened I would show a lot more signs of experiencing pain. I explained to her that I have a high pain tolerance and I really felt like there was something more wrong. Asked if there was anything else they could look at. She told me there was nothing they could do and I just needed to give it a couple days and I would feel better. I went home that night and could not sleep because my pain was so intense. I went to a different dentist the next day and they took x-rays which showed a rather large tooth fracture. The fracture was so large and obvious in the x-rays from the second dentist that I honestly don't understand how this dentist office missed it. I experienced intense pain for way longer than I needed to because this dentist office assumed I was trying to score pain killers and did not give me proper care or attention because of this. And I know this doesn't matter, but I totally still have some Vikadin left over from my other dentist because I really don't like to take it I came to this dentist office because of their great reviews but this experience was really really awful. I definitely do not recommend going here! Especially for emergency treatment!

Came here for a routine check up. The whole time I was here I felt like a bother. They seemed to rush through my teeth cleaning. I definitely will not be going back here.

The best service I ever got! Mrs. Jill and her staff was awesome. I told my husband about my experience and now he will be going to her. I've been to two dentist and nothing got done until I came here. I highly recommend this office!!! Thank you so much!!!

Dr Carre was kind, gentle and patient with me during my visit yesterday. I woke up in severe pain and they were able to see me same day.. even though I was a new patient! I would highly recommend her to anyone and already have. The staff there were very pleasant and the group as a whole seems very down to earth. I love Dr. Carre and will continue to see her for all my dental needs:)
