The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are pleasant and patient with all my requests. Hygienists have always been gentle and caring of my concerns and needs while maintaining friendly professionalism. Both Drs have been kind and willing to answer my questions and take time with me. I have only had good experiences with them so far, after several years of going there.

Staff are professional, kind and make you feel at ease. The building and setting are also calming for those that get a little nervous at the dentist office.

The hygienists do such a good job! They really take their time to give a good cleaning they are also very friendly and make it a pleasant experience every time you go in.

5 Stars!!! Excellent and expedient work on the replacement of an old and failing filling. Great staff interactions and excellent safety protocols. I highly recommend Paw Paw Family Dentistry.

4 months ago would've been a 5 star when they worked with me and my extreme anxiety. After them messing up my kids' appointment times that were scheduled 4 months in advance my opinion has changed. Especially after the receptionist was extremely condescending and told me I made the mistake. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely incompetent when it comes to billing. Messed up billing of checkups previously. Never sent bill last time and then called with a threat of collections. No complaints about actual dental care but customer service in scheduling and the mishandling of billing insurance is pathetic.

This place didn't want to take care of my 6 year old, his tooth and gum hurt exemtremely bad and they refused him.

Not worth the time find somewhere better!!! They could not fix my problem tooth also messed up my daughters teeth.
