Our orthodontic services are available from two offices located in Frankfort and Olympia Fields. The same orthodontic team serves both offices. Our daily hours are 8-5 weekdays and 8-1 on Saturdays. A 24 hour answering service is available for emergencies.

Nowadays, you can wear braces without anyone knowing, except your orthodontist and you, of course! We provide orthodontic treatments with high quality materials for braces such as metal, ceramic and plastic, all guaranteed to give you great results. Some of our treatments are bonded to the teeth while others are actually removable. Braces help to gently create a constant force which leads your teeth into the right position. You can feel comfortable with the fact that with the latest technology, your teeth will be able to move into position faster without a lot of discomfort. You can also choose whether you want metallic or clear braces and if you like to coordinate then you can select the types of ties that keep the wire in the brace brackets.
Orthodontic Treatment Timeframe The duration of orthodontic treatment varies from patient to patient. The typical experience lasts anywhere from one to three years due to the severity of the problem and the progress that is made between each visit to our offices. Each patient responds differently to orthodontic treatment so the time frame may change at any time. If you catch certain problems early enough, our early treatment procedures can be as short as six months.

Dr. Pavlik is the best out there!!! In 2018 my son refused to smile in family and class pictures, due to spacing and an overbite. Now he won't stop laughing and smiling and making everyone around him laugh with his newfound confidence. I wish I could post a picture for this review, but it's not offered. However if you're unsure who to call, Doc Pavlik IS YOUR GUY!!!!

Both my baby brother, Josh, and I jad braces done by Dr. Pavlik and his team. Over 20+ years later, I would still highly recommend him!

I would recommend Dr. Pavlik to anyone. He absolutely changed my life with his orthodontics. I started seeing him around 2005, and as I look at my before and after photos today, I almost can't believe the results are real. I had been born with a bit of a crooked underbite, and on top of that, genetically missing my lower anteriors (central incisors - #24 and 25) so when I lost those two baby teeth side by side in the front, there were no adult teeth to take their place. My dad had taken me to another orthodontist prior to seeing Pavlik, who had simply told us that I'd need implants for the rest of my life. Thankfully, my dad refused to accept that orthodontist's advice. We moved on to seeing Dr. Pavlik, and never looked back. His thorough work on my teeth is what I would call a heroic effort, with an unbelievably successful outcome. Paired with a maxillofacial surgery on my jaw in 2009 to correct my underbite, the results were nothing short of what I would call miraculous.

I received braces here 5 years ago. I loved Dr. Pavlik. Always so kind and funny. I recommend him to everyone for orthodontics. The staff there are excellent as well and they are very accommodating and welcoming. I still go yearly since my braces are off and I have a retainer.

Literally awesome. My teeth were always messed up. I had to get braces before my surgery and wore them after. Braces are gone now and my teeth are perfect. My mom cried when I smiled for my first picture. Have faith in him.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Pavlik! Back when I was a teenager, I got my braces done by him and to this day, I still get compliments on my smile. My daughter is currently a patient with Dr. Pavlik and I couldn't be more pleased. I honestly think that he's the best Orthodontist in the South Suburbs. He's not only great at what he does, but he's also very kind and never has a problem answering questions or explaining next steps. The staff are also wonderful and very accommodating. Everyone here knows what they are doing and it's very obvious that they like their jobs!

Wow is all i can say about my daughter's before and after photos! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Pavlik. He along with his staff only demonstrated professionalism and were very accommodating with scheduling. They also have a great payment plan.

Does great work. He even has 'dad jokes' to make you laugh to get you to open your mouth. Friendly and comforting. The staff at both locations are awesome and friendly as well.
