The office staff neglected to tell me until the time of my visit that they didn't have my crowns back yet, so this procedure that should have happened "over lunch" meant I spent three hours in the waiting room. They were rude to me and Dr Faiz acted like finishing the procedure was a burden the entire time.

I had a small complication on a implant surgery and he called me on a weekend and texted me to ensure I was feeling well. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he is extremely knowledgable and professional.

Dr. Faiz performed a root canal treatment on my molar tooth that has 3 nerves. He found 2 nerves but put a crown on that tooth anyway instead of referring me to an endodontist. I lost that tooth a year later due to infection. He made a crown for a premolar tooth. The crown did not fit. Food got stuck in the crown. He recommended gum surgery which did not fix the problem. I went to another dentist to replace the crown and fix the problem.

The front desk somehow lost my appointment that they actually rescheduled in the first place. Anyone can take appointments - what's the point if you can't keep them. Poor service.

Dentist is nice, office is clean, and staff is courteous. In my opinion, doctor doesn't spend a lot of time with you. Haven't gotten my teeth cleaned yet to know how the hygienists are.

I am, actually I was someone that was petrified of dentists. Until I met Dr Allen Faiz. I had a history of poor dentistry years ago, and this year I had to see a dentist (I had not been for about 8 years). I was so nervous I couldn't sleep for days before going to the dentist, I was so worried. Until I met Dr Faiz. He explains everything, he then makes sure you are comfortable. His main priorities are your comfort. Slight bit of pain, he stops, numbs and then waits for it to work and verifies no feeling and then continues. I used to go to dentists that would inject and start drilling straight away, you would be numb after the pain had occurred. I have had 3 fillings 1 root canal and 4 crowns. I didn't feel a thing. I was so relaxed and my worries have dissipated. He has a good humor and his comforting manner is just that, comforting. Then there are the nurses, they too are awesome. They put you at ease, explain what's going on. I need to specifically thank Maria and Norma. The nurses are with you the whole time, they rarely leave your side and they are so attentive and caring. Finally, reception staff are curteous, understanding and just lovely caring people. They again, explain everything and remember you. This morning they were asking after my tooth pain I had been having prior to last visit. So I can highly recommend this practice, and this is from someone that has been nervous of dentists his whole life, but no more thanks to all these people.

I went to Dr Faiz the staff is busy but friendly. Dr Faiz, quick hand shake get down to cost he's gone. Had a partial denture had it remade twice did not fit and it hurt my gums do bad. After going back 3 to 4 times I stop going threw denture in drawer could not wear it.

Wonderful staff, they work with you when it comes to payment and make you feel like family and really calm your nerves. The dentist Is wonderful and knows what he's doing, he's pretty fast too. He also makes you feel very comfortable. I had a root canal done and can finally eat comfortably again.
