I don't like going to the dentist just like 85% of America but I have NO PROBLEM going to Pavilion Crossing Dental Care! They really do care about me and what I need at that time. They actually talk to me face to face and not while they have their hands in my mouth! And when it comes to the financial side of things, they worked with me and did things my way without trying to pressure me into something I didn't want to do. If you are reading this like I did, read no further and go, your smile will thank you!

Dr Jones and her team are awesome! (The team that assisted on my visits- Raven, Jenny, Deja) I always have a good experience when I see Dr Jones for dental issues. She listens to my dental needs, addresses them and is very caring and honest. A great dentist is hard to find- I have gone to other dentists and she is by far the best! I trust her judgement and the dental work she has done on my teeth has been excellent!

Jordan (jojo) is so kind and informative always making sure im comfortable and understand what's going on and why. Dr A is the best dentist I've ever had.

Dr Jones is amazing! I am not a huge fan of dentist, I always get crazy anxiety, but every time I've seen her after our initial first appointment, I have been calm and able to get through the whole procedure without complications. She has a great sense of humor. Remembers her patients and her staff is just as awesome. They are all nice, professional and personable. I trust them with my oral care and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Not Sure where the miscommunication was, but I was told an amount to pay over the phone after verifying my insurance, but when I get there I'm told to pay double. I left and and had my wife speak to them and they tell her I was right it was half of the amount I was told. Waste of time on my only day off won't be coming back.

Beautiful and extremely clean environment. Respectful, highly competent staff. State of the art equipment. Dental hygenist Jojo was fabulous. Dr. Jones was honest, caring, and knowledgeable. I think I have finally landed my forever dental office!!

Everyone hates "going to the dentist" but the dentist and hygienist are very kind and efficient here. My hygienist is super sweet and shines up my smile quickly and thoroughly, answers all my questions, identifies potential problems and gives good advice on how to manage some things with home care before attempting pricey/painful in office resolutions. Very happy with the attention and care here.

Everyone is so nice and professional. Looking forward to going back for some extensive dental work because the office is like being at a five star resort. Just beautiful!!! Everything is explained down do the minutest details. So I got the very good, the good, the bad, and the down right ugly!! Staff seems to really enjoys what they do and it shows in their smiles and in their readiness to help. Almost forgot they answer the phone's in a timely manner or return calls promptly. Kudos to Pavilion Xng Dental Care. Because they care.

Staff is amazing. Not to mention Jo-Jo (Hygenist) Just awesome. Very appoinment friendly. Visited on 8/10 and it was like a fast food restaurant, in and out quickly. Great job guys.

If you fear going to the dentist, look no further! This past year was full of extractions, crown placements, and fillings to prepare my mouth for some orthodontic work. I have never been a fan of dentists and was extremely anxious at the thought of all the pain I might experience, but Dr. Jones and her team have been a godsend! Dr. Jones was always caring and patient, making sure I was comfortable throughout every procured and not experiencing any pain or sensitivity. Her and her team made me feel so comfortable in fact that by my third visit (I think I had about 10 visits in total) I let my guard down enough to be able to nap through the procedure, something I've never been able to do at a dentist before! Thank you all so much!
