Dr. Paventy is passionate about orthodontics. He truly enjoys his job, working with his team, and most of all, spending time with his patients. Dr. Paventy's philosophy is to provide the absolute best orthodontic care in a positive environment. He enjoys the diversity that each patient brings to the practice, and he looks forward to helping his patients create spectacular smiles!
Dr. Paventy began his career as an orthodontist by completing a rigorous orthodontic education. He believes that a good education is essential for any orthodontist, and he takes great pride in his achievements as a student.
In order to maintain a high level of expertise, Dr. Paventy regularly participates in continuing education. In fact, he is so dedicated to being an orthodontist that he takes more than double the required amount of continuing education each year.
In 2009, Dr. Paventy was awarded the Charley Schultz award from the AAO for his research done while he was a resident. The award was given to the most outstanding clinical research done by a resident worldwide. He is now a Diplomat for the American Board of Orthodontics. This is an honor achieved by very few orthodontists in their lifetime. He is also a part of the Spear Study Club and has had his research published.
Dr. Brown feels blessed to be a part of such an incredible profession. Orthodontics allows him to work with people who value oral health and beauty. It is extremely satisfying to see the transformation in his patients health, appearance and confidence. It affords him the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and in many different stages in life. It is fun and exciting to see them grow and change. It is gratifying to see how enjoyable the experience can be for his patients and team.
Education plays a major role in an orthodontist's career. Dr. Brown's orthodontic education has given him a strong foundation in orthodontics, and provided him with the knowledge and training to become a highly qualified professional.
Dr. Brown enjoys participating in continuing education. The orthodontic profession is always evolving with new treatment options for patients and it is exciting to be involved in these advancements through continuing education. He is an active member of national and local orthodontic and dental societies, keeping him involved with other practitioners in the field. In addition to attending courses, he also volunteers at OHSU and LBCC dental education programs. He is committed to providing his patients with the best treatment options available.
Dr. Brown not only belongs to many orthodontic associations, but he has assumed many leadership roles as a way to continue his education. Dr. Brown feels that his high level of involvement with his colleagues and professional associations, results in networking opportunities and a sharing of ideas that further advances his orthodontic knowledge. Dr Jeni was great. She is kind and personable, and did a thorough job at checking a permanent retainer (on short notice) that was giving me trouble. I left without any issues. I will be back to see her whenever needed!

We absolutely have had the best experience with Paventy & Brown! They are all amazing! The transition from the previous company to Paventy & Brown has been flawless! Dr. Jenni and Dr. Brown are friendly and my kids absolutely love them! Best orthodontist in the Eugene area for sure!

We are now on our second child with braces from Dr. Jady. We could not be happier with the service they provide! It's not only a good business, but when you walk in the door you are greeted and feel like family. All the staff at the office are so great! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get braces!

I started my first kiddo in braces and it's been the BEST experience I've had yet! I have Invisalign at another clinic, but wish I would have met Jady and his team before I started mine with the other clinic. My first kiddo just finished her phase 1 treatment and with each phone call and appointment I've made, Jady and his team have been on it! Kate at the front is kind of my favorite gal! However, each of their staff always made my kiddos and I feel comfortable and a priority at every turn of this grand teeth changing adventure. I just started my second kiddo in braces and have no doubt in my mind that we are both taken care of, in my child's treatment and my questions that pop up. I have 2 more kids that will most likely require braces and I already know Jady and his team will be our TOP choice and recommendation to anyone else who is requiring or even curious about orthodontic care!

Finally Got my braces off! (well its been a month)....I am really happy with my smile and especially my bite! So much easier to eat food now and enjoy life without pain! Very special thanks to the team @ Jady Chiakowski Orthodontics! Its actually kind of sad, Ive made some good friends there and will miss the jokes and caring staff. Thanks again guys! Having never worn braces ever in my life, wearing Invisalign was great! Dr. Jady and his staff were wonderful!! Knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to work with. I am thrilled with the result !! Thanks for my new straight smile !
