Dr. Terra Pauly grew up on a farm in Viola, Kansas, where she always dreamed of becoming a dentist. After graduating from Conway Springs High School, she earned her undergraduate degree in human biology from the University of Kansas in 2004, and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with honors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2008. She completed a general practice residency at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York before moving to Wichita in 2009.
Dr. Pauly is committed to helping her patients achieve the best results in a calm and painless manner. She is devoted to putting patients at ease and making them feel comfortable and excited about their dental work and beautiful smiles. Her knowledge and compassion guide patients through the entire process.
Dr. Pauly is married to her high school sweetheart. They have two daughters and two sons. While not busy at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering in the community.

Traci has worked at our Wichita practice as a valued member of the team since 1988. She graduated from college in Hastings Nebraska and is also certified in TMJ treatment, local anesthesia, and nitrous oxide administration. She loves being able to care for and educate people on their path toward achieving better health.
Ally was born and raised in Wichita and is the youngest of five kids. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Wichita State University. Allys background in various positions in the dental office has led her to become well-rounded in each area of the practice. With her calming personality Ally has an ability to help patients feel at ease in the dental chair.
Danielle grew up in Wichita, KS and wanted to be a dental hygienist ever since she was little. She has achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Wichita State University. Danielle enjoys meeting new people and has a very welcoming personality which helps her patients feel relaxed during their dental visits. She also has a strong passion for educating her patients on oral health and working with them individually to achieve their best oral health status.
Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her loved ones, going to country music concerts, and watching football and basketball games. She especially loves going to Shocker basketball games because she used to be a member of the WSU dance team. Go Shox!
She has a twin brother and 2 other siblings. She loves spending time with her boyfriend and nieces and nephews. Karen is an animal lover and usually has a couple of dogs on her lap in the evening. Although she doesnt admit to having a green thumb, she takes care of our office plants and has an abundance of succulents.
Julie has worked in the dental field since 2006. Her love of dentistry shows as she is always excited to expand her knowledge and continue to learn as dentistry is always growing. Her friendly demeanor helps to keep patients at ease and her laugh is something you will not forget!
Julie and her husband Matt have one child and one on the way. In their free time they like to spend it with family and outdoor actives. Also, when Julie can get some free time away, she enjoys playing softball.
Ericka joined the Pauly Dental team as the scheduling coordinator. She enjoys getting to know patients on a personal level. Ericka greets everyone with a smile, creating a warm and comfortable environment.
Beth was born and raised in Hutchinson, KS. She has been in the dental profession for 29 years and enjoys helping patients in achieving their optimum oral health. She has an extensive background in insurance and strives to help patients get the most out of their insurance benefits.

I loved my visit! My hygienist Danielle was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Dr. Pauly was also very nice and knowledgeable. Their location is great, there's a peaceful outdoor view in each dentistry room. Great technology for showing patients their X-rays.

The staff at Pauly Dental provided quick and efficient care. They are always so friendly. I'm always able to get in and out over my lunch break. They're quick to accommodate appointments for tooth pain. We love Dr. Pauly and the amazing dentist office she has created.

The team at Pauly Dental were so great! Traci explained exactly what she was doing at each step, and Dr Pauly was really interested in taking a complete health approach to my dental care. This was the most thorough dental exam I've ever had! I had just been to the my previous dentist in November, and they never mentioned the things that the team here did. I definitely recommend this group if you want high-quality dental care!! So glad they're my new dentist!!
