Dr. Paul Mahn follows a family tradition of dentistry that began in 1954 when his father, Dr. Ronald Mahn, began practicing in West Allis after service in the Navy. Dr. Paul Mahn joined his father in the practice in 1984, after graduating from Marquette School of Dentistry. Dr. Paul did his undergraduate study in Art And Biology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
While practicing with his father, he taught at Marquette University school of Dentistry for 20 years. For six years, Dr. Mahn was the Editor of the Journal of the Wisconsin Dental Association, and many of his editorials were syndicated by the American Dental Association.
Not only a practicing dentist, Dr. Mahn is a professional musician. He plays 5- string banjo, among other instruments. He has toured with country rock and bluegrass bands and has 8 recordings and many commercial projects to his credit.
Dr. Mahn's spare time is filled with magic. He is a magician and member of Hollywoods's Magic Castle. Dr. Mahn is a People's Choice award winner, from the Society of American Magicians and two time champion in Close-Up Magic.

I went to this dentist and for x-rays, exam and cleaning. The cleaning was inadequate, the Dentist recommended unnecessary and expensive treatment, when I asked for my x-rays to take to another dentist for a second opinion, they wanted to charge me more for that. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated, with their attitudes, and with their fees. Their goal is to charge patients for every little thing they can. They are not very cooperative or professional. Avoid this place!

I am a long time patient. Dr. Paul is very thorough and very gentle, including his local anesthetic techniques. I've recently had very satisfactory crown work; looks great.

I have been a patient at Dr Mahn's office for 5+ years and have been extremely pleased with the services received. Dr Mahn is very gentle and thorough in the work I have received from fillings needed to crowns and even repairing a crown that I had from a different dentist office that had come loose. The hygienists in the office do a great job cleaning my teeth - they actually feel clean when I leave. The office staff is very professional and friendly. If looking for a dentist office I would highly recommend giving Dr Paul Mahn's office a call.
