Dr. Phang is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southwest Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and Certification of Orthodontics from Howard University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude respectively. While undergoing his dental and orthodontic training, Dr. Phang received numerous awards and distinctions, which include membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Phang grew up in Katy and has remained a resident since attending Katy High School. Following high school, he served in the U.S. Air Force as a dental technician and as an Honor Guard member. After serving in the Air Force, Dr. Phang completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, at the University of Houston. Dr. Phang still resides in Katy and is married to Dr. Trang Tran and are proud parents of their two children Andrew and Emma. He is an active participant in his community and has volunteered and donated to many youth organizations such as boys scout, sports teams, and theater arts.

Erika has been with Image Orthodontics since 2003 and she enjoys her role as Treatment Coordinator where she assists Dr. Phang in providing patients with the most affordable and best treatment options to create the beautiful smiles that Image Orthodontics is so well known for. Erika finds it very rewarding that every day she plays a big part in providing beautiful smiles and affordable treatment options that truly make a difference. When not working, Erika loves spending time with her two boys Isaiah and Elijah, and her husband Renan. Erika also enjoys watching movies, singing, and reading books.

Sandra loves her role very much as a marketing director where she enjoys visiting other dental offices in the Katy community to build relationships that truly benefit our mutual patients. Sandra is also a task with ensuring Image Orthodontics continues to support our community through sponsorships and various other school programs. Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband Randy and kids Danielle and Sean. In her spear time, she enjoys working out at the gym doing Kickboxing. Sandra also loves to travel and has visited more than 10 countries.

Tessa joined our team in 2015 and has years of Orthodontic experience here at Image Orthodontics. She loves seeing the beautiful smiles she and her team help to create. Tessa is married and is also currently studying to become an ER nurse a lifelong passion of hers. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband Ryan and her 2 French bulldogs, Batman, and Bane.

Diana joined our team in 2018 and has been helping to create beautiful smiles since she first started working in orthodontics in 2005. She enjoys being a part of every patients orthodontic experience and always looks forward to seeing their smiles. As our clinical coordinator, Diana ensures that the patient experience while in treatment is up to the high standards that Image Orthodontics is well known for. Aside from her dedication to her job, Diana loves to spend quality time with her husband and two children. Diana is also a big movie-goer and enjoys going to see family movies with her family!

Lina joined our team in 2019, she is a graduate of Cinco Ranch High School and loves Orthodontics which she has been doing for the past 3 years. She takes a lot of pride in her work and making sure all of our patients are comfortable. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out, yoga, and music festivals.

Aileen joined our team in 2018, she is a graduate of Taylor High School and a part-time student at Houston Community College where she is studying to eventually earn a degree in one of the medical sciences. In her free time, Aileen enjoys spending time with her family and going to music festivals.
