Dr Evans is a wonderful Dentist and he has a good bedside manner. So for him he would be 5 Stars. His front office is absolutely terrible. This is why I am no longer there. It's a shame really. They demand money right then and there and that is SO WRONG They even told me that I could not leave the office until I gave them some money. They yell at you. There just awful! I wish Dr Evans really knew what his front office does. Think twice before you knock on that door

My dentist, of 20+ years, was retiring and chose DDS Evans to continue with my needs. DDS Evans, TOO many times, once is bad enough but three times, I've been quoted "your insurance will cover the cost", BUT when I come back for my appointment I was told that NO, my insurance won't cover it! How can this be, I'm double insured, I'm covered, - then I'm no longer covered??? Same with dental cleanings, I've been getting cleanings quarterly for over a decade by my retired dentist, yet I was informed by Evans' staff that my insurance only covers 3-cleaning per year??? DO NOT SELECT EVANS, DDS for your dental needs because the staff is the worst I've experienced, especially their billing quotes!

I went into the office for tooth pain. I felt that Dr. Evan's office is about trying getting the most money from you. If I had followed his dental plan after having presented with a painful tooth I would not only have $1500 out of pocket for a crown only to find out I would need to have the tooth extracted as it had a crack going down into the nerve. Dr Evans had suggested that the crack may be down into the nerve and I would then need it extracted, but he then said I should get a temporary crown, see about getting a root canal and then see if the pain goes away. This advice did not make sense to me as we did not know for sure if the tooth would need to be extracted, so I saw an Endodontist who evaluated through X-ray if the tooth Needed a root canal or extraction, and it needed extraction. The Endodontist said my constant pain was an indicator that the crack went into the root system and Dr. Evans also said the same when he filled the cavity and confirmed there was a significant crack in the tooth, but scheduled me for a crown anyway.

This is by far the most unprofessional dental office I've ever had to deal with. I was told by the office admin that they take my insurance and to come in for a cleaning\X-rays. I was advised once I was in there that I needed a deep cleaning and that my insurance would pay 80 percent of it. I asked several times during the course of a few visits about what my out of pockets costs were going to be and not once was I ever notified by Paul Evans staff that my insurance was not paying the 80 percent I was quoted. They had several months in between visits to figure out that something was wrong and to notify me and they simply didn't care. On my last visit there I was told "oh, this is strange your insurance hasn't made any payments on any of the claims yet". A couple month go by from the last visit and I finally received my first invoice/bill from Paul Evans office. It was 1100 dollars! No itemized lines, no explanation of why, just a bill for a 1100 dollars. I then called them and told them this needed to be fixed as it was negligence on their part. I started working with my insurance as I was blindsided by the amount of the bill. My insurance told me they charge a premier rate and that they should have told me right away. I was able to get the bill knocked down to 800 working with my insurance but I wanted Paul Evans office to take more off as it was their fault. I called and spoke with with the woman in charge of billing and she was extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. I feel that she knows she made a big mistake but doesn't want the rest of the staff to know. She clearly has no idea on how to do her job and that mistake cost me 800 dollars. I would strongly suggest you avoid this office. They don't care about their patients at all.

The Dr. Evans is amazing and it flows through all of his staff. We have had a few emergencies in our family and they treated us so kind, even as first time patients. If you get anxiety about the dentist, this is by far the place to go. Going to the dentist that cares? You must be going to Dr. Evans!

Absolutely the worst dentist in my long lifetime. Wasted thousands of dollars and over a year later I am in the care of another who is repairing the damage done by Dr. Paul Evans. Now that I more fully understand the intricacies of making and carefully fitting proper dentures, I can clearly tell the world that this clown has not a clue how to go about creating dentures that fit, work and do not break. Mine did not fit on any of three tries, those I had to get by with until I could find a real doctor broke several times and the good doctor Evans tried to tell me it was all my fault.. wow, what a clown! Stay away if you are looking for dentures. My first clue should have been that he does not even know that his lab coat is too tight. With buttons popping, I should have known that he did not know how to fit anything else either. I have experienced great distress, pain, discomfort and eating problems for over a year. I am now close to having a correctly made set of dentures, but this clown only caused misery for me and others around me!!! Save yourself a lot of pain and misery, go anywhere else.

When my dentist of 20 years retired, I searched carefully before choosing a new dental office. From my very first phone call, I've been super comfortable and impressed with Dr Evans and the whole staff. The environment is cheerful, positive and professional. I especially appreciate the way Dr Evans explains what he's doing as he works.

I love this place and Dr. Evans! The staff is very friendly and it is very clean. Dr. Evans was able to 3D print my crown right in his office while I waited and put it on the same day...way awesome! He is always very kind and informative, he has a nice gentle touch! I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and family!
