Dr. Kim graduated from Columbia University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering. He continued to study at Columbia University Dental School and graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2007. He then served in the US Army as a general dentist stationed in South Korea. Upon his return to the US in 2010, Dr. Kim practiced general dentistry at Sunflower Dental in Hackensack, New Jersey; Skyview Dental in Edgewater, New Jersey; and Burnside Dental in the Bronx.
With great excitement to provide his services and care in the Jersey City area, he opened New City Dental Care in September 2013. At the practice, Dr. Kim offers an array of dental services, such as dental implants, periodontal care, root canals, and teeth extractions. He also offers a range of aesthetic services, including crowns, bridges, teeth whitening, and orthodontic treatment with Invisalign.
