Highly recommend this dentist. He is accommodating, personable, and professional. The office is family friendly and we'll kept. Dr Paul really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and even had me laughing through the appointment (which I never do because I'm terrified of the dentist). If I could give 6 stars I would.

We were referred to Dr. Hsiao from Dr. Chen because they accept medical. We could not find our BIC card and the support staff needs the number in order to give us an appointment. She gave us the phone number to DSS to get a new card and the number. We called DSS and they gave us the BIC number and said to use it to get an appointment and said the card will be here in 2 to 3 weeks. I called back to get an appointment. The support staff transferred me to the Office Manager which is strange I just want an appointment. The Office Manager is rude. She said that they will not give us an appointment with out a print out of the BIC number. Dentist appointments are normally 1 to 2 months out and by then we will have the actual BIC card. She would not let me talk was very rude and demanding. I should have lied and said yes I have a print out. Why would she want us to go to the DSS office who is filled with people and risk catching COVID. With an Office Manager like her the office atmosphere must be horrid.

Dr. Hsiao came highly recommended by two different friends and I LOVE the entire office staff. They are efficient, friendly, and open to my and my family's needs. I highly recommend them!

The front desk lady is very rude and racist The rest of the workers are very friendly but it's just her Was really rude the way she talked to me explaining about the whole situation no I never said for them to commit fraud Its the way she made me feel i understand I never had no problem before with my medical I already called and got it fix even they said their shouldn't of been no problem since I never had no problem before it's all fixed now even so I still won't be back for being disrespected and discriminated thank you have a good day.

Brought my kid to the office because the Dentist prides himself on being ethical and more professional than large dental clinics. Do not come to this dentist! Making an appointment with the front office lady will give you a headache. They reassured me that my kid was doing great and had no cavities. How would they know if they didn't bother to take X-rays?? Our new dentist is now saying my kid needs extensive work and it could have been prevented. This dentist is a fraud do not come here!

Wow, really like the feel and honesty of the office. I feel right at home with the decor. Not threatening and not fancy like they're trying to oversell me on random treatments. I'm a dentist so I really trust Doctor Hsiao's clinical judgement and hand skills, probably because he takes a ton of continuing education courses. I've know him for 10 years and I'm confident he'll always do his best or else I would have gone somewhere else already. There's a reason why he got the biomaterials award and American dental association leadership award (there's only 1 of those given each year in the country). I feel confident he strives to do his best.

Dr Hsiao is very detail oriented. He goes above and beyond for his patients. His staff is also top notch and makes nerve wrecking dental experience much more tolerable!! Thank you guys!!

Its hard to find a dentist office where they can accommodate a family of 5, at Dr. Hsiao's office it was not a problem. We where able to get our cleaning and exams done same day and in a decent time frame.I have no insurance so I was worried about my Bill but the receptionist was very good at explaining the procedure, time, and cost...so no surprise bills later. Dr. Hsiao is a very good dentist, he cares about his patients, interacts with them and always has a smile on his face! This is why I continue to come to his office. Im in the dental field and know what I am saying. FYI they take most pvt insurance and denti-cal as well. Keep up the good work!!!!

Was in need of a dentist and a friend recommended Dr. Hsiao. My friend said he does a good job and his family also goes to get their dental work done. I had a sore tooth. The dentist took some x-rays and determined the tooth either needed a root canal or to be taken out. Dr. Hsiao explained both options to me and the costs of each option. I decided to have the tooth removed. The removal of the tooth was quick in painless. Then we had a bone graph put in. Dr. Hsiao has a great attention to detail on his work. I definitely recommend him as a dentist to anyone in the Fresno or Clovis area.

After going to several Dentist and never getting a good or completed job done, I decided to go to Dr. Hsiao, DDS and finally after almost 3 years I'm getting all my teeth done and I thank Dr. Hsiao for doing a complete and awesome job. Clean office knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them

There is nothing comparable to tooth nerve pain. It radiates, throbs, pulsates, stabs, travels.... This was the emergency condition I found myself in as a tooth debacle unknowingly crept upon me. With the assistance of Dr. Geny Chan's Office, I was immediately referred to Drs. Lin and Hsiao. Deanica was first contact--perfect!! Isabella was second contact--perfect times 2!! Immediate appointment made. Payment considerations implemented. As a "difficult" dental patient with sensitive nerves, Dr. Hsiao listened, took all relative and detailed information into his treatment plan to remove a molar. I cannot thank him enough (and Dr. Lin) for their kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and skill.

Dr and his wife are very caring and did a great job today this morning (: The lady at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming (: Dr. Daphne Lin was very patient with me as well as the medical assistant Karla when getting me ready i felt very comfortable here. Dr. P Hsiao was gentle and pays great attention to our needs and gets the job done! Im so thankful and happy I found this place, my kids are headed towards here (:

I had a tooth pulled by Dr Hsiao. It did not hurt. And it healed nicely. I highly recommend Dr Hsiao
