Dr. Horton has been married to Karla for over 22 years, and they have one daughter, Lena, who was adopted from China. When hes away from the office, Dr. Horton enjoys golf, offshore fishing, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Karla studied at both South Florida State College and received herdental hygiene degree from Valencia Community College. She is honored toserve on the Board of Ridge Area Arc.Karla and Dr. Paul Horton are married and have one daughter.
Candy is a leader in our practice and has faithfully served our patients since July of 2013. She received her dental hygiene degree from South Florida State College and graduated with the highest distinction, Summa Cum laude. Candy is an active professional member of the American Dental Hygienists Association (ADHA), the Florida Dental Hygienists Association (FDHA), and her local component, the Atlantic Coast Dental Hygienists Association (ACDHA). She currently servers as the Highlands County Representative for the ACDHA and is the 2020 recipient of the Swann D. Knowles Award, which honors one hygienist from the state of Florida for their grassroots efforts in service and dedication to the dental hygiene profession. In January of 2020, Candy was appointed to a four-year term on the Florida Board of Dentistrys Council on Dental Hygiene. Candy is committed to continuing education and life-long learning and is currently pursuing her bachelors degree at St. Petersburg College.
Highlands County native graduating with honors from South FloridaState College with her associates in arts, associates of science, andher dental hygiene degree. Jamie has been a dental hygienist since 2013,and is certified in administering local anesthesia as well as multipleexpanded functions of the dental auxiliary team with national and statecertifications. Her passion for the dental profession exudes from herrelationship with her patients and dedication to not only their oralcare, but also their overall health.
In her time out of the dentalsetting, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family and doing justabout anything outdoors ranging from golfing to sporting clay shooting to water skiing and much more. Jamie is also former Miss 12 Hours ofSebring serving as an ambassador for our international race. She is anactive member of our community, and coaches city league youth softball,and has served on the board of the Chamber of Commerce.
Whitney graduated from the Dental Assisting Institute in St. Petersburg. In addition to assisting Dr. Horton chair-side, the office counts on her to bring in baked goodies for everyone to enjoy! Her certifications and trainings include:
A long-time team member, Debbie serves as personal assistant to Dr. Horton, and helps patients navigate the (sometimes confusing) world of insurance. Around the office, shes a mother hen who keeps the office glued together.
Deni received her dental assistant certification from the University ofFlorida in 2008. She wears many hats in the dental office. She hasexperience in chairside assisting, clinic management, insurance, andpatient care coordination. Deni has one son and is very family-oriented.In her free time, she enjoys family time, going on adventures withfamily and friends, fishing, and outdoor activities.

Dr. Giacobbi took over for Dr. Horton. I miss Dr. Horton very much and he chose Dr. Giacobbi, who is the perfect choice for a dentist. What I love about him, is he let's you know what he is doing, while he is doing it and explains the procedure before he starts. The entire staff is very professional, AND very friendly. They are also very helpful. Whitney is one of the best. She cares and makes going to the dentist a pleasure! That takes a lot, because going to the dentist is not a favorite for anyone. Whitney makes it fun, while staying friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dentaluxe. You won't be disappointed. Everyone needs a gentle dentist, and Dr. Giacobbi fills that need. I had another appointment today to have my teeth cleaned. Candy is a perfectionist when she does the cleaning. She spends as much time as it takes to get every tooth to perfection, AND, she is very kind, explains everything she is doing. Additionally, she has a lot of experience and very professional. Her sweet spirit is such a plus. In fact, she cleans my teeth the best I have ever had done, and I have had many, many years of cleaning of my teeth over the years. She is truly a perfectionist and I thank her very much. They also use state of the art equipment. Try them, you will love the Dr. Giacobbi and the entire staff, guaranteed!

First time coming here to get work done and it was absolutely amazing highly recommend if you're looking for a great dentist this is the place to go. While getting procedure done many times being asked if I'm ok and a phone call SAME day asking if I'm feeling any pain and if everything was good! Work done is amazing! They truly care and tell you the truth and walk you through everything before during and after.

All staff very friendly and are very sincere about helping with all concerns. Dr Giacobbi is great and explains all of the patient's concerns. Prices are reasonable for all procedures. Dentaluxe is now my go to dental firm. Try them out....you will not be disappointed.

Appreciate being with Dr: Horton's office for over 5 years now. The front office staff is so genuine, very accommodating with appointments when they are able. The hygienists are compassionate, appreciate their attention to requests/suggestions regarding patient comfort. We enjoy supporting businesses that honor the Lord!
