Dr. Gutt was fantastic. I was nervous and didn't know exactly what to expect but he did a great job of explaining the process to me and checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay and didn't feel any pain. He was patient with me and my fear of needles and took his time to do things right. He was very personable and was joking around with me before and after the root canal. I would recommend him to anybody that needs work done!

My first impression of the office was how beautiful it is. A nice surrounding means a lot to me as I become very anxious at any Dental Office. His staff was friendly and he was fun to talk with as he filled out my profile. He wanted to know about me as an individual and was not trying to rush me through. This is the first time I have fallen asleep while in the chair having a root canal. Usually I am stressed and gripping the chair however, I was calm because it was pain free! ( I did not have them administer gas.) I would recommend Dr. Gutt and his kind staff to anyone!

Well, lets just start at the beginning....when I called to set up the appointment for my root canal I informed the receptionist that I had high anxiety with any dental procedure, and I didn't numb well, she stated that it would be like a party here, and nothing to worry..... In the meantime, since it took so long to get in to have my root canal, I was put on antibiotic, I finished my dose and then the pain came back, so I called Dr. Glutt's office and told them that I was in pain again and they told me to call my Dentist to prescribe me another antibiotic till I could have the procedure done. In the intern, I developed a horrible rash all over my body and swelling of my hands and went to the ER, they determined that I was allergic to the antibiotic, so they gave me a shot of steroids and changed my antibiotic. I developed another rash from the new antibiotic, so discontinued use as procedure was 4 days away. I really don't know if I can relive the experience I had at that place, but after two and half hours in the chair, my body shaking confusedly , pain excruciating, tears running down my face, blood pressure 165 over 102, I was told that after I thought I had made it thru, that he was unable to finish the root canal because the crack in my tooth ran deep and my bone was too inflamed, and I moved around too much.......I was devastated, Sorry but it was a horrible experience that I went thru, I felt a lot pain that I didn't need to and I should have been given a sedative and now Dr. Glutt said that the best procedure is to have the tooth pulled, and put in an implant......won't be here.....
