Misleading information, questionable ethnics, and poor dental work.

I have gone to this office 4-5 times. There staff is always new and inexperienced except for the office manager who is abrasive and harsh. Dr. Chang did the least for me possible. I am returning to my old dentist and paying out of pocket. If I could rate less than 1 I would.

My husband went to Dr. Chang's office to do a deep cleaning a few days ago. The appointment was at 11am. However, Dr. Chang saw my husband at 12:15pm and Dr. Chang performed the deep cleaning in less than 10 minutes. My husband had done deep cleaning at other dental offices and it took around 1 hour. Dr. Chang did not even reach under the gum. He just did a quick regular cleaning instead of a thorough deep cleaning.

Our son is awesomely autistic and due to this. It has been challenging finding a dentist that met our expectations. But most importantly a dentist whom my son felt comfortable with. With that said it has been 3 years since we finally found Dr. Paul C Chang! Both of our children absolutely love Dr. Paul and, his staff. This year's dental appointment had us travel from Arizona to Upland specifically for their dental appointment. Totally worth it all wouldn't have it any other way!! Thank you Dr Paul and staff for going the extra mile!!

Our family absolutely loves Dr. Paul! Highly recommend Dr. Paul C Chang every appointment that we have had has been the same experience. Simply wonderful, Dr Paul, and, his staff have consistently welcomed us with the same positive, warm energy.
