I have been coming to Dr. Paul for over 15 years. Dr. Paul has taken care of my general dental maintenance, root canals, crown work, etc. Not only is Dr. Paul incredibly attentive and friendly, but the office itself is always clean and welcoming.

Dr Racioppi is amazing. I was referred to Dr by my brother in law, who raved about Dr. Racioppi. Dr is, kind, caring, he works through every issue and cares so much about the patient and work he performs. Upon entering his office you cant help but to notice how absolutely clean, immaculate the office is. From the waiting area, patient rooms and bathroom. Dr. Racioppi is top notch and I would recommend him to all.

My mother was fortunate to be treated by Dr. Paul Racioppi. He is an extremely devoted and exceptional oral surgeon. Dr. Paul is a true professional. He took such excellent care of my mother during an emergency surgery for her inflamed gums. He also performed re-contouring of her bone so that the repositioning of her gums healed properly. His bedside manner is also impeccable. He genuinely cares for his patients and continues his after care surgery with follow up and wellness calls. He is everything you want in a doctor. He is warm, patient caring and makes you feel completely at ease. His office is also immaculate and welcoming with a warm atmosphere. Thank you Dr. Paul for treating my mother with the utmost care.

Dr. Paul Racioppi is the best dentist! There are dentists and then there is Dr. Racioppi. Jr. there aren't enough wonderful words for me to say about Dr. Paul. He is kind, caring, comforting, respectful, gentle and thorough. My mother, Maria Delicati, had extreme pain from an old root canal done by another dentist. I called Dr. Paul and left him a message and he called me back within an hour. When my mother arrived he took all of her vitals and took an x ray of the molar. My mother had an abscess and infection in her tooth and jaw bone. He proceeded to numb her with a delicious pina colada gel and several other injections that she didn't even feel. He was so gentle yet strong enough to remove her stubborn molar that was not easy to remove. He removed the molar in one piece which would have been a challenge for another dentist. Dr. Paul said this molar was ready to explode. He cleaned out all of the infection and gave her another x ray to be certain it was fully removed. I'm so grateful for Dr. Paul and how he cared for my mother. He is one of a kind and he is a brilliant dentist specializing in oral surgery. He takes great pleasure in helping and caring for his patients. Dr. Paul was born with the gift of dentistry and is one of the best dentists I've ever experienced. His office is immaculate and he has special air purifiers in his office for the safety of his patients during COVID. The atmosphere is wonderful and he creates a warm and cozy environment. His office makes you want to visit the dentist! God bless Dr. Paul Racioppi.

Dr. Paul was recommended to me by both of my sister and my friend. His office is very clean & neat. He always make sure that I felt comfortable on each procedure and explained thoroughly every step that he made to ensure I understand what what it was and why it's necessary. Very thorough, approachable & funny at the same time. He always gave a follow-up call the day after procedure to make sure all was fine with me. Highly recommended!

Spectacular experience. My mother in law needed an ASAP extraction Friday night over a holiday. She was getting just that only a few hours later! Dr. Racioppi was prompt, clear, and caring. Fully vaccinated as well. Truly, don't hesitate to call!

I cracked a tooth over the weekend and needed an appointment ASAP. Not only was Dr Paul able to schedule my appointment for the same day, he was kind, accommodating and very professional. He fixed my tooth in no time flat and cracked jokes throughout the procedure which kept me at ease and in high spirits. I couldn't be happier with the results, 10/10 would recommend! Added bonus - his practice has a great decor.

I was in extreme pain and I called Dr. Paul as an emergency. His response time was within minutes and when I got to his office he took me right in and and took care of my problem and pain. His professionalism, caring and the office being immaculate and clean was comforting. Because I was searching for a dentist, I am now a regular patient. Thank You Dr. Paul

Dr. Racioppi is a great dentist. I have an unreasonable fear of dentists and doctors but Dr. Racioppi has helped me to start getting over this fear through his genuine care and honesty. He did a late night procedure on me and he made it as comfortable as possible and talked me through the process and took breaks as I requested. Dr. Racioppi has been very helpful in guiding me through getting some larger oral issues resolved that are outside the scope of his practice. I highly recommend this dentist.

It was 8 o'clock in the evening when I got off the phone with my 85 year old mom who couldn't speak because of excruciating tooth pain. Thank goodness for Google search, Dr. Paul's name and number appeared under Emergency Dental Care. I called the number thinking to leave a message, but instead he answered the phone. I explained why I was calling and although he himself was in a rush to get home to take care of a personal emergency, he listened attentively and I was able to get an appointment for the following day. His compassion did not end there. He called me back a few minutes later and gave me some pointers to help mom get through the night which did help tremendously. At the appointment and throughout the very difficult and painful procedure, he cared for my mom with so much patience, care, and gentleness which helped get the job done in the most comfortable way possible. He called the following day to ask about how she was feeling and again offered some pointers to help her. Dr. Paul, Mom thanks you, I thank you, her whole family thanks you for your professionalism and kindness in taking care of our mom as though she was a member of your own family. You are the greatest!

Went to see Dr. Paul for an emergency extraction caused from an infection that developed suddenly and was causing severe pain and pressure. He was able to accommodate me the same day and he is by far one of if not the best dentist I have seen, and unfortunately I have had to see many in my life up to this point. He was able to perform the procedure, calm and collected, explaining himself thoroughly throughout and putting my mind at ease. I had nearly no pain whatsoever in a situation where I feel very few others would have been able to and have decided to keep him on as my general dentist because of how incredible the experience was and continues to be every time I visit. I very highly recommend Dr. Paul, he really is as incredible as myself and others have stated.

My boyfriend went in to see Dr. Paul as an emergency to have his wisdom tooth pulled before the July 4th holiday and he was very accommodating! Dr. Paul was very patient and thorough when he took my boyfriend in. He didn't rush through the emergency procedure at all. I really appreciated that he kept coming out to keep me posted on what he was doing throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Paul even called a few days later to check in and see how my boyfriend was doing! Thank you Dr. Paul, we really appreciate your work.

I just went in for an emergency root canal this afternoon. From the get-go Dr. Racioppi was incredibly responsive, communicative, helpful and *real*. He squeezed me in on his calendar last minute, and still went the extra nine yards to provide me with other emergency clinics I could try that might be covered by my insurance, to make sure that I had options. I'm glad I came to his practice-- he was so friendly, and treated me with the most care. I felt fully seen as a human being, which is not something you can say for every dentist or doctor. Not only did he explain every step of the procedure as he was doing it, but he was checking in about my pain levels, and playing all different types of music. He also has awesome Beatles posters everywhere. He went through all the trouble to pencil me in just before he was about to take off for Christmas, and all at an incredibly reasonable price. And during COVID! His safety protocols were fantastic and his office was sparkling clean. Truly a stand up human. Go see this man for your dentistry needs-- Thank you Dr. Racioppi!!!

I went in because of a possible root canal, and he Winded up saving the tooth. Very clean and Professional. He makes you feel at home, and answers all your questions, and informs you of any changes that he finds while examining your teeth. Very thorough. And checks up on you. Very excellent dentist.

Wonderful experience across the board. I called Dr. Racioppi back in August on his emergency line for a really bad lower molar issue flaring up that I had left alone for far too long. I got a nearly immediate call-back and an offer to fit me in right that same night after work. After an expert root canal he performed himself, which I figured would require an oral surgeon, Dr. Racioppi methodically continued all sorts of preventive and restorative maintenance that I knew hadn't been taken care of properly the past few years. From August to November we were continually able to take care one by one of all the issues big and small I had going in there originally. Dr. Racioppi always makes sure to answer your questions and ensures you understand what he is doing, and why it needs to be done. His attention to patient comfort both physically, mentally and audibly (great music choices) is a credit to his profession and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for any type of dental work in New York City.

Dr. Paul has been taking care of my teeth for the last thirteen years, and I can safely say that I will never be able to find another dentist like him. His level of cleanliness is a comfort during this pandemic, and his music taste makes the office so comforting. He is competent, calm, and positive in every situation. He extracted my wisdom tooth, and it healed perfectly. Besides being a professional in every sense of the word, he is also an amazing, kind, human being. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a dentist.

Dr. Racioppi was incredible through a difficult emergency wisdom tooth extraction and periodontal surgery. He takes great care and provides top-notch dental work in an immaculately clean office environment. He always reaches out by phone to check on me after a procedure -- not typical these days. I came to him in an emergency, but he has become my regular dentist. As we share good taste in music, we usually have the Beatles on while I'm in the chair.

I went the day before Christmas with a cracked tooth and a world of discomfort. Dr Paul did X rays and complete check up to come to the root of the problem. He had me in that chair and went right to work. To my surprise, Zero discomfort, And he had me ready for the holidays pain free. The office is immaculate and the Doctor is one of morals and kindness all the way,. I will see him after the holidays. I am thankful as he took me at a moments notice as well. 1000 stars if I could.

I want to commend Dr. Racioppi for his professionalism and, more importantly, caring assistance. Although I am not one of his regular patients, in response to my call for emergency care on a Saturday afternoon, Dr. Racioppi got back to me within 15 minutes. After assessing my problem related to broken implants, he was very direct that he does not work on implant issues since he has no access to the information which would be needed to address appropriately the core problem. But he didn't just stop there. Dr. Racioppi took the time to explore whether I was experiencing any pain or discomfort, to make suggestions about care until I could be seen professionally, and to make recommendations for possible other emergency dental providers and follow-up with my regular dentist and oral surgeon - including providing me with contact numbers and addresses! He truly went out of his way to assist me, all on a day that he was busy with family demands. While I can't speak from experience about the caliber of his dental work, I can say that based on my interaction with him, I'm sure he deserves all the positive reviews he receives. Thank you Dr. Racioppi.
