From the moment i walked in i felt like i was at home. They made you feel welcome. I have never had dental xrays that didnt hurt until yesterday. My dental hygienist i cant remember her name, but she gave me the best cleaning i have had in a long time. She was terrific. Dr. Palo was wonderful. I used to see his father years ago.

Very pleased with my experience. For a new patient going in for a continuous routine cleaning, l couldn't have been happier with the hygienist and dentist at this extremely professional facility. Staffing goes above and beyond(even found out my partner could be a patient, staffing took that much effort in helping me). Hygienist did an exceptional job, felt they proceeded my expectations and left with no soreness but definitely did a thorough process. Already scheduled out my next three appointments ahead and encouraged many friends and family to become members. Absolutely relieved to have found such a fantastic establishment.

I was so glad to find Dr. Palo last year. I had a rather unfortunate experience with a well-advertised dental office in the area and Dr. Palo and his staff are heads above any other dentist that I have gone to in the area. I have had a lot of dental work done all my life and this office and staff are among the best ever.

I have recently moved to the Auburndale area and was looking fora local dentist. I received so much more! The dental hygienist was the best I have ever dealt with. Her professionalism, understanding and kindness was above and beyond! The rest of of the staff was also eceptional. I have found my new dentist. Thank you Paul A. Palo for putting together a staff worthy of a five stare rating.

The front office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. During my visit today I told "Nikki" that I didn't want my X-ray done because I had it at a different office a few weeks ago for fear that my insurance will reject the claim. She became frustrated and states " If you don't want the X-ray done, then we have to cancel this appointment. The doctor can't just just look at your teeth and see a cavity ". It wasn't until my hygienist took the time to look and found that my insurance was already charged for those same X-rays that Nikki was insisting that I do again. The front office need to listen to their customers ' concerns a bit more. Poor customer service!

Wish I had found Dr Palo when I first moved here. My family now goes to him. His staff are friendly, professional and just nice. My cleaning didn't bother me at all. If you have to go to a dentist, please check out Dr Palo.

Great Dentist and hygienist! It is so hard to find a HONEST dentist, Dr.Palo is and won't tell you that you need something unless it's so. I'm so happy with him and his staff. I've found my new dentist!

Hate going to the dentist? So did I, but Palo Dental in Winter Haven has changed that attitude for good. This is a top-quality practice that understands what the patient needs; it's not only how you're treated but how you're greeted and seated that makes a lasting impression. My wife and I experienced the absolute best in care from Joanna and Alesha, who handled our needs professionally and with a caring, personal touch. We have total confidence in these staff members, along with the confident, thorough evaluation and treatment from Dr. Palo. For once, I'm looking forward to the next visit!

My wife and I have been using the service of Dr. Palo's office for several years and receive competent, professional dental care. My preferred hygienist is Joanna and always request her for this biannual service. Whenever Dr. Palo has worked on a problem, he has accommodated any requests to ensure the issue is resolved quickly and skillfully. I certainly recommend this dental facility--even though our insurance does not cover the cost. My wife and I prefer to "pay" rather than switching dentist offices. Wes Eby
