I have been going to Dr. Palliser for over 20 years, even though I no longer live in Cary! He is so honest and I guarantee he would never do any work that wasn't completely necessary. Besides that, the work he does is excellent. His staff are also extremely competent, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dental practice.

My parents and all six of my siblings have gone to Paul our entire childhood and throughout undergrad. Consistent, honest and beyond knowledgeable in the field. Highly recommend if you're new to the area or if you're looking for a new Dentist!

Dr. Paul Palliser and his team are great. During the pandemic it became difficult to keep up with my regular cleanings with my previous dentist and because I'm prone to plague build up, I found myself needing another Periodontal cleaning. No fun, but necessary. Dr. Palliser listened to my concerns about why I left my other dentist and reassured me I wouldn't experience the same discomfort with him and his team. So far he's kept his word. Dr. Palliser is an open book when it comes to my oral health. He walked me through the procedure and explained nearly every step of what he needed to do while I was in the chair. Afterward he and his nurse Linda made sure I understood the issues I faced and what my 'at home' work was going to be while away. Very through and patient during the entire process. I am now on my way to a much healthier mouth, each visit since the periodontal cleaning is seemingly getting better and better and I'm glad I'm getting things sorted now now verses after things went too far. The rest of his staff is pleasant as well. Dawn, their remote support is great at keeping me in the know regarding costs and payments, and the other front desk personnel are soft spoken and kind. I hope to continue my oral health journey with the doctor and his team for years to come.

If you want a dentist and his staff to treat you with respect go here. Dr. Pallisar is kind, informative and listens to your concerns and questions. He will answer your questions and he cares. My two daughters have no complaints and they are teenagers! You'll be taken care of professionally.

I grew up hating the dentist after a bad experience. Dr. Palliser asked me how I felt about a dental visit the first time I went to his office. He listened and cared. I have not had anything but good experiences at his office. The staff and hygienist are wonderful, kind, and gentle. I've been going there for many years now. I love it when he tells me I'm boring. This is a great place to go to.

Dr. Paul and his team are exceptional! We have been patients for many, many years and highly recommend this dental practice. His experience, knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for his patients is evident in every visit. The office staff are efficient, responsive, welcoming, and kind. Our kids have never experienced any anxiety going to their checkups with Dr. Paul - which is so refreshing! We know we're getting the best dental care from Dr. Paul and staff and are grateful to each and every one of them.

Dr. Palliser and his staff have always shown excellence. The reception staff is always very warm, kind and helpful. The office is always very clean and you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes before they take you back. Stevie, the dental hygienist, is always so kind, friendly, takes her time, and makes you feel at ease. My family has had various appointments over the years, and we have always had excellent experiences. I would highly recommend Dr. Palliser's office.

I have been seeing dr. Paul Palliser my entire life. For the first cleaning till now I have done every recommendation. Every single visit is extremely friendly and like family always know exactly who I am when I walk in and ready right away for my appointment. Judgement free office with excellent staff up front and in back. Thank you for all the wonderful years of health teeth and the many more to come.

Stevie does a great job, she is so friendly and always does a great job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Palliser doesn't take any short cuts and makes sure you leave knowing you have been taken care of! 10/10
