Every person I encountered was absolutely wonderful from the second I walked through the door. Front desk ladies were really nice. The woman who brought my daughter back for X-rays was really kid friendly (daughter is 9). Jacky, happily answered the many questions my daughter had as she went over the treatment plan and what to expect. LeeAna did most of my daughters work. She was pleasant, funny and understood all the talking my daughter continued to do even while she had a bunch of tools in my daughters mouth. The Orthodontist was great and worked quickly. Very refreshing experience. They sent us home with many different things to clean her teeth. They also sent her home with a snack bag of softer foods which I thought was really thoughtful. 1,000 percent would recommend

I got my braces off today; I've been wearing them for 3 years. At all my appointments, the staff was always incredibly nice and helpful. Today, Liv was my assistant and she did an amazing job.

Alone was great!! Yesterday she did the debond on my sons braces and she was excellent!! Today she went over the instructions for his retainer. She is friendly, and cheerful and a pleasure to be around :)

Dr Rob and his staff are a breathe of fresh air. Everytime you walk into the office, from the front office staff to the girls in the back and Dr Rob himself, everyone is so kind and welcoming and helpful. You know that when you go to get your adjustment that you'll be welcomed with smiles and kindness. The time and care they put into their patients is awesome. I got my braces off today and Olivia was so sweet and took her time to make sure I was comfortable and made sure to be thorough and she was so sweet and encouraging about my new smile as were everyone else. I've also had Liz and Lianna and they are both so so sweet and do such a good thorough job and are so personable. This place is top notch in my opinion and I would def recommend them to anyone asking about orthodontic care. My smile looks amazing and Dr Rob made sure to pay attention to every detail to make my smile was perfect. So thankful for Patterson Orthodontics!

I had an appointment yesterday and everything went great. Everyone was polite, clean environment, the staff was very informative and I will be taking all my kids there for their braces.

I've been checking out different places I wanted to take my son to get his braces done and I must say that this place has really great customer service! I believe I spoke with Laly on the phone. She was very kind and helpful when answering all my questions I had regarding the pricing and etc. I most definitely will be scheduling an appointment here for my son.

The staff at Patterson's Orthodontist always make us feel welcome to come and share their space. On 8/18/22 we were their entertainment. Shaw Squared took requests and a lot of clients and their families had fun. Dr. Patterson and your staff are amazing.

I finally acquired the courage to straighten my teeth and I'm so glad that I found Patterson Orthodontics to help with the process. Dr. Rob Patterson and his team are fabulous! My last adjustment was with Liv and she is professional, friendly, and very informative. With every visit I see the changes in my teeth and look forward to the new smile. Thank you.

This place is great. I have been coming here for 2 years. I have never waited for an appointment. Always on time and ready for me. Liv has been extra helpful dealing with my schedule and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Go here for the great smile.

4 of my children received ortho treatment from Patterson Orthodontics. We always had 2 in treatment at the same time. Not only did they receive great care, but the front office staff was great about working around our busy schedules and setting the kids' appointments together to limit our trips to the office. You will really appreciate Kirsi's efforts to make this aspect of treatment go smoothly.
