Over the past 35 years, Rexhas enjoyed watching many smiling faces change from children to adults.Rex is married to Sheila Patterson and they have three children. His children now have familiesof their own and live in Toccoa, Cornelia, and Buford.Rex has found himself in many roles over the years. A few include; serving as the Scoutmasterof Troop 217 for the past 20 years, serving as a deacon and member of First Baptist Church,and even coaching the high school tennis team for a few years. Providing dental care to thepeople of Toccoa has always been at the forefront and a lifelong passion for Rex. Dr. RexPatterson looks forward to many more years of servicing Toccoa!
Sheila has been working in the dental field for over 30 years and has a passion for servingothers. She has called Toccoa home her entire life and has enjoyed getting to meet and servethe people in our community.
During her years of service, she has watched many of our patients grow into adults and bring in kids of theirown. Janet has a wonderful personality that will make you want to sit in the chair and chat instead of get your teeth cleaned! Janetis married to Kendall Dawson and they have two children.
Anita has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She started her hygiene career here at Patterson Family Dental in 1986 and re-joined our office in 2010. We have cherished the opportunity to have her as a member of our team.
Sheila has been an essential member of Patterson Family Dentistry for over20 years. She always has a smile on her face and finds a way to show compassion to each and everypatient. Sheila was born and lives here in Toccoa. She and her husband, Rodney, have raisedtwo boys that are now in middle and high school.
Tasha started working here at Patterson Family Dentistry in 2002. Tashas enthusiasm iscontagious and will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is great with adults and kidsalike, and always has a big smile on her face. Somehow she achieves all this energy anddoesnt even drink coffee! Tasha grew up in Toccoa and now lives in Carnesville with herhusband, Tyler, and their three kids. Tashas kids are all young so she and her husband arecurrently becoming experts in cheerleading, basketball, and tree climbing.

Like most people I am hesitant about visiting dentists, but, Dr Patterson and his staff are amazing. Needed a crown and cavity done. Explained what they were going to do and put my concerns to ease throughout the process. They were great. I do recommend Dr Patterson for you dental needs and keep you smiling.

WARNING DONT GO THERE EVER!!!! I went there in March and needed a crown. They said they wouldnt do the procedure until insurance approved payment. Said takes about 4 weeks. I got the approval 3 weeks later called back with now an emergency and in 911 pain. And was told to go somewhere else and refused to see me even with an emergency visit. Said they weren't opening not even for emergencies but other dentist were. The really sad part is they want to make sure they collect the money to pay for that fancy office vs caring for patients. And were very unprofessional calling me back 4 days later. I had to leave multiple messages to get a return call. Meanwhile I am still suffering in pain until I can get in somewhere else.

Wonderful family practice. Nice, honest people. They work with most insurance companies. The employees are friendly both on the phone and in the office in person.

New to the area. This office was highly recommended. I called on a Wednesday and spoke with someone I thought was a professional. She took all my information and advised she would check my insurance and call by the next day. Been over a week now and no word. Nothing. This is very unprofessional and speaks volumes to the type of business practices this office provides to the community. By the way, the person who recommended them works in the office.

Always takes good care of my family and myself. Pricing is very good too and they take our insurance. They will work with you on payments and are not out to steal your money.

My insurance company sent me to Chip(not much experience)to verify that my front two teeth are different sizes. People all over the globe know that the front 2 teeth are usually the identical size. He looked at my teeth and brought out about 5 or 6 draw points on them and rated them all as excellent. Bull Hockey!! I had to have one of my front teeth crowned before this dentist. He had me a crown made and I looked at the results of the mold and the temporary and saw immediately that the one he made is wider, longer, and was and is very embarrassing to wear. I could not afford to get a do over so I still wear it. It is obviously been made out of that mold that was wiggled too much upon inserting it into my mouth. What do you think? R. Fassett FYI ...
